Andy was awesome! So knowledgeable and kind. We had him out for a tune up and he took his time to explain how everything works and the importance of proper maintenance. We never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision about how much service we wanted and the service provided was quick and high quality. Brian was our service technician, and I highly recommend him! He was very professional, thorough, and respectful of our home (ie. wearing shoe covers, cleaning debris). He was thorough in checking for possible issues with our AC system, and he was detailed in his explanation of what he was doing and what his findings were. Despite it being extremely hot outside and our AC unit being exposed in the sun, he was professional and gracious in ensuring everything was done and put back the way he found it (despite the heat and sweat). I appreciate his services and the time he took to help us with our problem. Thank you!

We have used All Service for many years before and after installing our new unit a few years back. The technicians who have come out are very reliable, courteous, and obviously very knowledgeable. We have referred them to our friends and neighbors.

I have a very satisfying experience with All Service Heatinf and Air. I compared the price between 4 different companies and this company offered me the most reasonable price with a best financing option. They installed AC perfectly with very good manner and on time. It has been running very good. They also installed a new thermostat. Chris was very thoughtful to even put a frame around it so I don’t need to paint the area from the old thermostat! Chris came to do quality check after the installation. They also offer 2 years warranty (maintenance) on new AC unit. I am very satisfied with their service and will return for the other unit in the future!

One of our systems decided to leak its refrigerant during this warm Texas summer. As it was quite elderly, we had already decided on a replacement when we called All Service to quote us a replacement system.

Were they the cheapest quote? No. They were also far from the most expensive, but I very much felt that they provided the best value for the price.

We ended up installing an AS 4 ton Platinum 18 fully variable system.

Our salesman, Andy, went out of his way to be extremely available and answer any and all questions I had. It was NOT a high pressure sales situation at all. He was happy to discuss options for our home and pitch his upsells, but put absolutely no pressure on me. I felt that the sales process was transparent, honest, and fundamentally based on a honest discussion of what was best for our needs.

Installation of the new system was scheduled very quickly, and Andy went out of his way to recharge our leaky system so that we would have cooling until the replacement could be installed. Installation was smooth and fast.

All Service additionally sends out another technician in the days after install to QC the install. This technician was equally wonderful - happy to answer all of my additional questions and ensured I was totally happy with the process.

Start to finish, handshake to install, 5 stars. No complaints. Happily recommend them to anyone.

Owner Josh and all his support team were great. Install was done as promised. They cleaned up after the install and even vacuumed our stairs. Josh even gave us a recommendation on another issue we were having with our shower and helped us solidify our decision in that as well. I highly recommend All Service Heating and Air. A/C system down. Called for repair. Chris B came out promptly, assessed the problem and explained what needed to be done. Showed me photos of rodent damage, did the necessary repairs and now I have a/c. Chris did a great job. Good to work with. Very happy customer!
