I had a full on A/C rebellion at my home when both units went out at once. I was shaking in my proverbial boots at the idea of the trouble and expense to keep my home livable for the Texas heat. I actually had another company out first and their bid was so high it prompted me to seek out a second opinion; and am I glad I did; I found Paul to be extremely knowledgeable, honest, trustworthy and genuinely concerned that we get a great deal at a fair price and he was able to do more work for less money then the original bid and even changed his schedule to get us up and running a day earlier. Our new units are cold and quiet and I will be telling all of my friends and neighbors about this company. Write his number down in several places and in ink....he is a keeper.

Amazing service! When I called and explained my issue to Paul he informed me that he was unable to get someone out on the day that I called. He helped me troubleshoot the problem until he could come out and fix it. After the problem was fixed he suggested things that I could do to prevent the problem from happening again. I strongly recommend using them for your HVAC needs as I will be referring them to everyone that I know. Very professional, very knowledgeable, very fair priced, and very friendly. Thanks again!!!

I wish I could give them 6 stars but I guess 5 stars will have to do. I couldn't be more satisfied with the services. My motor blower went out and needed to be replaced. The first people I called were crooks. They wanted about 1,000 dollars to replace the blower as well as charge a service fee for there visit. No Thank you. I called DMS Air and Paul was able to blow their price out the water. Paul was great about educating me on what he was doing the whole way though as well as giving me great tips for future maintenance. Needless to say, I am extremely satisfied and would them recommend to anyone for speed, customer service, and honesty.

DMS is a top-notch group. I strongly recommend them for your HVAC needs. I've been using Paul for the past three years, after trying two other local vendors. Paul replaced my downstairs system in 2014, and the upstairs system in 2016. On both occasions, he gave me options to work with my budget, and offered advice on what really needed replacement and what was more of a judgment call. I really trust his advice and appreciate his candor and demeanor; very easy to work with. He explained things well. I've also used Paul for the occasional maintenance item, such as a clogged condensate line. (In fact, that's how I first worked with him). As always, he provides good service, communicates well, and shows up on time. All hallmarks of a quality business. Strongly reccomend!

So glad that we had a friend recommend Paul and DMS to us several years ago. I used to hate when our last HVAC company came to service our units--I knew they were going to try to convince us we had lots of problems (always expensive) that were unnecessary. After a couple of years, we were so tired of dealing with them--we needed to find someone trustworthy and fair. We hit the jackpot with Paul. He's not only fair, but he's knowledgeable, honest, and kind (which goes a long way in my book). Wouldn't hesitate to recommend DMS.

Josh came out several times to take care of some very extensive duct damage we had. It was a difficult job that required squeeezing into the crawl-space under our home. He was prompt, professional, and did a great job. Very reasonable rates. We would recommend DMS without hesitation to anyone who needs AC or heating services. GREAT company.

Paul provides some of the best service we've ever had on home maintenance, of any kind. He's quick to get out to your house, fair with prices, and provides excellent customer service. My AC went down in 100 degree temps and he got is back up immediately with a whole new system, which was way overdue. His price was very fair from the start, no haggle required. We've been using him a couple years and that's not going to change. Highly recommend.

I have been a customer of Paul's for a few years now. I have nothing but good things to say about him. He does great work at a fair price, gets back to you promptly and is very honest and trustworthy. What more could you ask for. Oh and he is a great guy too! I had him install 2 new units for me earlier this year and his prices very competitive with other quotes I received and he then even threw in a discount on top and a few extras which he did not have to do. We had one small glitch with the install but Josh came right back to fix it the next day so all was good. I would highly recommend him!

My first experience with Paul was when my previous A/C company had put on an incorrect capacitor and fried my outdoor fan motor and killed the capacitor. He found the problem and had the system up and running pretty quickly at this point. I found him to be honest with what wrong, and seemed to have pride in his work.

Fast forward to this year (2014) I decided I was tired of the old unit and its growing issues. I called on several companies that ended up being a no show even after the contract was signed. The questions I was asking on this big decision was apparently too much for these companies to handle. So I finely called Paul up when I realized he did installs as well.

We chatted some time on what he felt needed to be fixed and or replaced based on the issues I had with the last system. He came up with a 3 ton American Standard.
He showed up on time of the day of install and was very polite and even spent the time to answer all the questions I had on the install. He did not seem to mind me watching the install, and even encouraged it. The install is nice and really shows what a pro can do when they take pride in the work they do.

He is now my A/C guy after going through waves of bad ones. When people ask me if I know someone I always recommend him now. He really seems to care about his customers and wants them to be happy.

I have been using Paul and his crew for service and maintenance for many years. About 5 years ago, DMS AIR replaced 2 systems in my home. I have always been very pleased with their services and have referred them to my friends and famiy for many years.

I've used DMS Air for the past few years and have to say, these guys are outstanding! Paul's staff is courteous, timely and very responsive. I've had Josh come out for service related work and it's always been an honest and cordial experience. I continue to recommend these guys!

Denman Mechanical Services did excellent work to get my system ready, look for issues and also warn me of possible new issues. I am very glad Paul didn't try to sell me a new machine, but showed me specific parts that will likely be going out. That is a big deal because today AC companies are clawing and fighting to get you to buy a new system. Thanks Denman! A great price, great service, and nice guy.

Great experience with DMS and highly recommend. My work was due to a recent hail storm. Paul was very helpful with educating me on what needed to be done and even dealt directly with my Insurance company. It was a very stress free experience and everything was done in a timely manner.

Just switched to DMS after using another high profile company that I began feeling like a number with.
