Paul is simply amazing. I recall the first time I called him over when my A/C went out. He crawled up into my attic, found the problem in a matter of minutes. He grabbed his welding gear and patched up a hard to reach tiny hole in my Freon line. Apparently it was punctured by a roof nail. I really appreciate his honesty and timely approach. I've had some first hand experience with some other guys that would intentionally take their time just to build up the labor hours. Ever since then, I haven't had to look for anyone else. Paul and his man Josh are GREAT for A/C work! They made sure the job was done right the first time and did everything they could to make sure I had A/C this summer. And their prices are AMAZING! They were MUCH lower than any other service in my area. Call these guys!!

I highly recommend DMS Air. We had an air-conditioner that wasn't cooling and they came out and explained exactly what was wrong and resolved the issue quickly. Our technician was extremely friendly and pricing was very reasonable. They are also one of the few shops with longer hours of operation including Sunday's.

Came out and replaced AC unit quickly and for a great price. Have also called him since and he has told me how to repair over the phone. It has been very nice and surprising for him to help that way. Truly a stand up business just looking to help.

DMS. Replaced our 17 year old A/C. We called Paul on Monday 7-25-16, he came out on the same day and checked the A/C and determined it needed replacement. He scheduled the job for Wednesday 7-27-16. We had cool air by 5 p.m. Thanks to Paul and Josh, and Kevin who is a representative for Lennox.
I will be recommending this company to anyone who may be in need of service that is reliable.

Denman Mechanical Solutions is no doubt the BEST A/C man in Dallas/Ft Worth! I've used them for 5 or 6 years now on all my investment properties and will shoot you straight! He know's what he is doing and will do it at a fair price! I grew so wary of other company's ripping me off when I called them, but you can trust Mr. Denman! Honestly goes a long long way in my book!

Paul Denman has been helping us out with our AC/heating issues even before he started DMS. What I like about Paul are the following:
1) He is responsive and when the AC goes out, he reacts. Like driving all the way to Coppell on a SUNDAY afternoon! That is above and beyond.
2) He is upfront with you and gives you options. Not only the most expensive one, but all options. I TRUST him!
3) He is very personable. He gets to know you and the family. Just not a in/out repair person.
4) Prices are VERY reasonable.

Do I recommend Paul Denman (DMS), yes of course! In fact, my friend needed help and called up Paul for a visit. Paul started over from McKinney to Coppell. Paul was very courteous and informative during his visit. Many a/c servicemen can be curt and rushed due to their busy schedules, but he was not at all like that. Price was also reasonable. Paul seems sincere and honest in his recommendations. I will recommend him.

Paul Denman from Denman Mechanical Solutions came to our house and looked at our 16 year old A/C system. He said it was a 'Frankenstein' - a cobbled together piece of junk - part Payne, part Lennox, part something else - that had required a call to the home warranty service at least once every year. Right away, Paul diagnosed what was wrong and told us the entire unit needed to be replaced. It was time.

Paul installed a brand new complete system from American Standard. He installed the furnace and the coil in our attic so professionally and so cleanly that it is a visibly marked improvement over the previous system. He also put in a new compressor outside that looks great - along with a new, larger pad.

We are so impressed with this new unit. Sometimes, we stop and check just to make sure that it's on, because it's so quiet! We are also very impressed with Paul and his crew, the care they took with our house, the professionalism they showed by the installation, and the really, really great customer service DMS has given us.
