Update to add, our thermostat was reading high again today (same day) and they were back out within 30 minutes of my call. I was greeted by the owner who wanted to just make sure everything was okay. Turned out to be a thermostat issue, but was resolved quickly. I really appreciate them taking the time double checking everything to make sure nothing was missed.

We have been working with Ideal Air for the last 6 years, and their service has always been great. They have done maintenance and repair work, and replaced one of our a/c units. We would highly recommend them.

Last year I made the decision to replace both of my aging HVAC systems. After meeting with numerous companies I chose to go with Ideal Air as they met all my requirements and were also recommended by many of my neighbors. I am so happy I did! The installation was flawless. They have also handled the semi annual inspections on a timely basis! The technicians that have come to my house are respectful, professional, and personable. I highly recommend Ideal Air!

They really went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of during the Holidays. I came back Thanksgiving evening to find I had no heat. Stephanie made sure that somebody saw me and quickly ordered the part when got part in tech was out to fix same day. I am so thankful for her and the Tech. I will always call them first and highly recommend!!!!

Ideal Air provided an excellent experience that I was not expecting. When I had an issue with my A/C they came out within an hour and when the diagnosis was a larger issue than I thought, they walked me through various options. Upon choosing to replace my A/C unit, their pricing was more than fair and the service men who installed it were polite and thorough. I highly recommend this company and will be a repeat customer in the future.

I like to put a rhyme on it and this one’s no excuse.
We had a coil go out on our AC unit, what a bummer,
I am thanking God that it was right before summer.
So calling around to find the best option for us,
Because this part is important so we definitely made a fuss.
Ideal Air was probably our tenth call during this appeal,
With our faith in God we were praying for a good deal.
To my surprise, the young lady who answered the phone,
Was so genuine and real, like someone I had already known.
She was sweet and the service she provided was quick,
They came out the next day and we already knew who we would pick.
The technician was knowledgeable and came on time,
This is the company that I will be giving my dime.
I haven’t even scheduled but I know it will be great,
Not only did they advise what would be best for us, but they also offered a great rate!

Outstanding support and customer commitment. Technician Jay Paul came out very quickly and assess the issue and put a temporary remedy in place u til he could come back the next morning. After he left the owner actually called me to tell me that they would send him back out that same night to perform final repairs and ensure the system was working properly. Although we declined to have them come back out that evening the mere fact that the owner was that concerned with our comfort and satisfaction speaks volumes for this company. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone considering a new system or repairs and maintenance to an existing one.

Professional, timely, responsive. Chris Mallard was detailed and the quote provided and during the evaluation process. More on the pricey side, though in comparison to other local companies, but each has their own pros.

DunRite installed a 5 ton unit at my house to replace my existing unit. The installation took several follow ups for their installers to get the unit to work properly in its 2 stage cycles. They returned to address a water leak at the outside unit and told me that I needed to have $7,060 additional work performed by them to get the unit to work properly. At this point, I wouldn’t recommend their work for others. Expensive and incomplete best describes their performance.

Paid for a new mini split system in November of 2024. It has been almost one year and the system still does not work properly. The next "fix" is to replace the thermostat. Have not heard anything in 10 days from your company. Called today and was told the supervisor was in a meeting and would call me back. Never heard back from him.

My technician named Brody with Dun-Rite HVAC Services was very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. I had a very positive experience.

Mark was professional, friendly and efficient. He got right to the heart of the matter - which turned out to be a couple of electrical issues - and fixed them rapidly.

Gavin was wonderful. He is polite and professional. He methodically identified the cause of our problem and fixed it…today. Yay, Gavin!
