After getting several quotes, I went with Legends. Joshua went through everything and answered all my questions. He wasn’t pushy, and I was open to meeting me where I needed to be cost wise.
All employees I interacted with were personable and friendly. I had a lot of questions, all were answered thoroughly.
They took their time and explained everything to me. I did have one concern during installation, but they addressed it without any issue, or push back. My concern wasn’t dismissed, which is important to me as a consumer. If/when my other unit needs to be replaced, I will call Legends.

Luis completed a routine A/C checkup and found everything to be in great shape. Even though no repairs were needed, he still took the time to share helpful recommendations to improve efficiency and save on energy costs. I really appreciated his honesty, professionalism, and willingness to add value. Highly recommend Luis for any HVAC service needs.

I received very professional and honest service from Luis with my heating units. He took pictures of everything and even showed me parts in the attic and we were able to take preventative steps to keep the furnaces alive with the big freeze storm coming. I would highly recommend his work and hope to have him again as the technician from Legacy Air & Electric for future work.

Joshua was great and did not pressure me to get more than I needed.
Adam and Nick were excellent with theinstallation and were very thorough and provided friendly service.

Nathan came to inspect our unit in the attic and outside. He was very thorough on the current state of our system and recommended next steps to increase the longevity of our system. He provided estimates, along with prioritization. We thank him for his kind and prompt work!

I can't help it but love Louis, he first came to my house over 3 years ago when I called Legen Air for my AC. Louis is very honest, humble, professional and exceptionally knowledgeable. He's very friendly too. His boss Tim came to the house today just to say hey, I felt they were not here just to do a job but they really care. Even when I get bad customers service, they have a a way to make you feel better.

Christian and Gerardo did an awesome job swapping out my old carrier unit for a new Lennox system. Jason was super helpful and diagnosing the problems and figuring out a solution together. thanks legend air 👍🏽

Legend Air is hands down the best company ever. They are very thorough and knowledgeable. Joshua was our tech and he was able to quickly take care of us and the customer service was phenomenal. Definitely recommend Joshua for any future HVAC needs. He was very professional and quick to help sold the problems I was having with our air flow.

Joshua was a pleasure to work with. He didn't try to over sell or upsell like most companies do. He told us what we needed and it all worked in our favor. The team arrived on time and promptly kicked off the project keeping me posted on the progress along the way! I appreciate the level courtesy entering and exiting the house. When they were all done they walked me through the installation and explained what was and was not done. As a customer, this team provided me with a good experience and communicated the next steps.

Great experience from start to finish. The technician showed up on time, explained the issue clearly, and fixed it quickly without pushing unnecessary repairs. Very professional, respectful, and knew exactly what he was doing. The AC is working perfectly now. Fair pricing and honest service. I’d definitely call them again and recommend them to anyone needing HVAC work.

Christian was super helpful as always. I told him the error we were getting and he fixed it quickly. Just a simple clog in the drain so our sensor was working as it should. He even stayed an extra 15 mins to be sure everything came back up properly.

Jose was very personable. He had a big job at my home (duct cleaning etc.) and he worked with a smile and a cheerful attitude. He worked very hard to complete his tasks! I loved that he checked to make sure that I was satisfied with his work. I was very pleased with the final results! Great Job!

Update: Luis was great during my annual Team Member Check up. He was very nice and a hardworker. He showed me every aspect of my system, as well as cleaned it thoroughly. He also presented tips on how I could make my system run better and last longer. I highly recommend him for his A/C services.

Nathan’s service was beyond excellent! Great individual, knowledgeable in field of work, & polite. We appreciate his service to our home and appreciate him for providing all info necessary regarding our in house AC unit. Bump his pay & his position lol Great hire for you guys at Legend!
