In a desperate search for a reliable & reputable A/C company (fired Milestone Electric! for some shoddy work and non stop sales push), came across Legend A/C & Heating, booked an fortunate late Sunday night appointment for 1st thing Monday morning. Immediate text confirmation of the appointment, first thing Monday got a text of the appointment confirmed and also technician will confirm arrival time. Well, got the notification along with a profile pic and a little about our technician Nate! My wife and I are both in a customer service type role in our own company and stride for service. Nate shows up, smile on his face, and outstanding courtesy and professionalism. I explain the problem with our A/C and up we go into the attic for him to look, explain what he will be doing to diagnose. After all the diagnose in and outside our home, explained the problems, what to me was missed being done from previous company, and now options on correcting, recommending now what could wait a little longer (the expense shock to the home own) vs the whole sales pitch Milestone does. Nate helped work out best options and a plan with me, along with truly explaining in lemans terms. Way different experience than the previous company and I have now canceled Milestone and hello Legend! Thank you Nate!!!!! You were awesome and hope to see you again for the next follow service!

Joshua was phenomenal. He was calm, patient, and took the time to educate me on what truly mattered. He clearly knows his craft and approached everything with professionalism. A true class act and an outstanding technician.

Joshua came and helped repair a blown fuse when installing a new Nest thermostat. It was a quick fix and he took the time to make sure it was set up and running correctly. He also explained best way to set up the system to equalize temp in our 2 story open living room. All this happened a day after Christmas and Legend got someone here the same day I called.

Had Legend Air out to service my system. Nathan was thorough and professional. great Job!

These guys, Adam & Chris M, did a phenomenal job installing a new HVAC unit today! Legend Air and their team provided quick service and multiple options at all price points based on budgets. Adam and Chris arrived promptly this morning, drapped the floors and got right to work. They were efficient, friendly and informative. They went above and beyond and explained everything that they were doing and how to navigate the new system.

Our HVAC tech, Jason, provided outstanding service. He walked us through what was wrong, showed us the parts that needed attention, and made sure we understood our options before doing any work. He went above and beyond to ensure our home was comfortable again. Great customer service and great work!

Jason did an awesome job in evaluating our furnace and recommendations. He was very friendly, personable and thorough. We felt very comfortable in his thoroughness and follow through. Pricing was below competitor, and we got a thank you card and gift from them the next day. Great experience all around.

Jason came out and inspected our HVAC system yesterday. He was very thorough and explained all of our options. He was very knowledgeable.
We selected the services we wanted and today CJ and Melvin showed up to do the work. These two guys were very good. They went to work right away. They were very efficient and very neat. They cleaned our ductwork and spread plastic under each vent. Our house was clean when they left.
We were very pleased with Jason and we were very pleased with CJ & Melvin.
We will continue to use Legend Air in the future. I highly recommend them!

Nate did a great job of explaining my HVAC system to me and providing me with the information about what my system needs. Definitely recommend Legend Air!

Nathan at Legend Air was exceptional..patient, asked questions, explained things in Lehman terms, and explained the issues in a way that helped me understand the consequences. He took the time to show detailed photos and evidence and walked me through several options on how to address them. Zero pressure on having to select Legend Air but I personally chose to stay with them for service and maintenance because of their attention to detail and quality of service!

Jason did a great job today! We were able to get him out for a same day appointment. He diagnosed the problem quickly and put together a plan to help us with our furnace. Excited to get the work done early next week! Highly recommend Jason and team

Nathan was awesome! He has the heart of a teacher and really took the time to make sure we understood all the details of the repairs he was recommending. Best HVAC experience we have ever had!

Melvin and CJ came out today to do duct cleaning for us and they did an amazing job! They were both so friendly and professional. They were very respectful of our furniture and did a wonderful job at cleaning up any mess that came from the cleaning. Super happy with the service from today :)

We are so grateful to legend heat and air! Our unit stopped heating and cooling between Christmas and new years. Luis came out the same day we called and while the news wasn’t what we wanted to hear (best solution was to replace our system), he was very professional, honest, and transparent about our system’s needs and helped us get a great deal on a new system. The next day, Christian and Gerardo came out and installed the system quickly but very throughly. We are so happy to have our house back up and running even better then it was before our issues started. We appreciate the care and professionalism of the legend air team throughout this process. They made a situation that was a very frustrating and unexpected to the end of our year as smooth and seamless as possible.

Nate came yesterday and was very professional. Even my crazy ankle biting dogs didn’t bother him-lol. He wore shoe covers, was thorough in his explanations and very knowledgeable. The quotes were fast and clear. Thanks so much for making this an easy process.

Luis did a great job with my HVAC system. He installed surge protectors on both the indoor and outdoor units and replaced a faulty voltage distributor for the auxiliary heating. He clearly explained what he was doing, answered my questions, and made sure everything was working properly before he left. Professional, knowledgeable, and thorough — I’d definitely recommend him.

Nathan did an awesome job with my heating unit check-up. He found a few cleaning problems that he is taking care of today also and got me the best prices. He was very nice, polite, and professional. I will definitely continue to use Legend Air of Frisco, thank you so much!
