The primary drain was clogged, and water was leaking outside my house consistently. Jacob stopped by and fixed this issue immediately. He was patient and very thorough. Also, response time was swift. Excellent service!!!

Saturday night 6:30pm and 94f outside…. Unit went down and for someone who has temp at 65 this was about to be a long night… One call to Ideal Air and Stephanie had the tech out and the motor replaced ( in the dark the poor guy ) within a couple of hours. It’s tough to find honest reliable businesses that have integrity not looking to nickle and dime, Ideal air always ticks the boxes. If the same tech is out Tuesday for the maintenance let me know I will have some cookies ready for him ! Awesome as always thankyou.

Lennox A/C from when built house 4-27-2012 finally bit the dust after 13 years of care by Mike Maestas of Ideal Air. I have always got him to perform preventative maintenance twice per year every yr (Spring & Fall) to keep my equipment functioning at top performance without surprises during the year.

Mike had been informing over last year I need to be prepared that I had a leak in Refrigerant that will eventually die. It did.

After much discussion over last year plus I took his a advice went with what he advised was best for our needs (wife and I of 55 years) to purchase an Amana 4 Ton 17 Seer2 2 cycle for quietness and efficiency in keeping with high energy efficiency without all the bells & whistles that can cause more repairs. I got the complete matching Coils & Furnace to make the job complete and most efficient, with great price and Labor & Parts Warranty covered for 10 years..Beautiful but sturdy piece of equipment that matches with performance.

I had a great experience with Ideal Air. My AC unit was clogged and the drip pan was overflowing, and they came out quickly to fix the issue. The technician was professional, explained everything clearly, and had the system running smoothly in no time. I really appreciated the prompt service during this hot weather , highly recommend!

Aside from having to pay $$ to have service, the service was great. There should be more people like Jacob in this world! He was determined to find the root cause and get my system up and running. Clearly he takes pride in good work.

Ideal Air is the best! I've been a customer for three years and they've been just what I was looking for. Mike and his family-owned business deliver great service. They never try to up-sell, and they give honest opinions about condition of HVAC units. I purchased their yearly service plan, two maintenance visits a year, very reasonable pricing, discounts in parts. I have two R22 compressors, and I believe the regular maintenance extends the units' service life.
JaPaul, their service tech, is a real asset to the company, and he's handled all the visits. Knowledgeable, friendly, hard-working, he knows his stuff.

Highly recommend Ideal Air. When my home owners company failed me in service again and again, I didn’t trust them to replace my system. Ideal air came in quickly and gave me a great price competitive with my insurance quote, and included much more. Plus Ideal Air had a future care plan that makes me feel confident to work with them in the future. The people have all been wonderful, friendly, and efficient in service.

Primary issue was blown fuse. Tech was able to determine the fuse problem quickly. He did not leave it at that, but searched for the wire that was causing the fault. Found the faulty wire, what caused the issue and ensured the issue would not happen again. Very pleased with the service. Will use them again.
