Aire Serve has been our HVAC servicer since 2022. They are trustworthy, show you pictures of everything they find or recommend. They are not hard sell, which I appreciate. Rafael who did our fall service today, came prepared with his shoes already covered, a smile on his face, and a helpful attitude. He waited while I put the cat on the porch and was happy to go to my garage for me to get a new filter to put in.

Manny was great! He showed that he takes his job seriously. He checked out the system to make sure it would run properly and explained everything to me. He also was friendly and considerate! He also answered questions I had about getting the ducts cleaned and I had an estimate before he left.

Manny Contreras did an excellent job of keeping me informed throughout the maintenance process and took the time to answer the many questions I had. He arrived at the scheduled time and was very thorough. Manny clearly explained the need for a part replacement to keep my unit running at full capacity. I feel my unit is ready to withstand anything this winter throws at us.

A few years ago Aire Serv was recommended for our HVAC issues and I wanted to publicly make note at how well this company is ran along with their quality chosen employees to represent their company. We have never been disappointed with any repairs Aire Serv has performed for our home. Between the office communication, timely technician response, photos/video documentation, fair estimates and cleanliness on how the area was left after repairs were made, I am consistently impressed.

After unfortunately having a horrible experience and being scammed by another “business” that would not return calls when the unit stopped working again a week later, I called All Service. Kathy, who scheduled our appointment was very pleasant and helpful! Andy Vestal, our technician, was great! He communicated clearly about when he would arrive and kept me updated. He allowed me to walk with him and watch every single thing he did. He showed me the issues from the previous repair and also things they should have taken care of. He gave me all kinds of information to help me realize we were previously over charged and he gave me some steps to take to possibly deal with that and also to report the other business. He was very friendly and super knowledgeable. He answered any question I had and was never pushy. He informed me of some future things he recommended we do but I felt zero pressure to do anything. We are very happy with the service we received and will definitely continue to do business!

Fast response to my call to fix my A/C. Andy was polite and informative. Recommended switching to a 4" filter. I contracted for annual service, the cost of which was included in the amount paid for this service.

I was pleased with the service that I received from All Service Heating & Air. I called a Tuesday morning after a holiday weekend, and they were able to schedule a service call for that afternoon. The technician diagnosed the trouble quickly and had the necessary part at hand. He completed the work and checked the A/C functions in less than 45 minutes. I will call them again if needed!

Had a small leak into my closet from my AC system. In a condo and the handyman wanted to remove the entire ceiling in my closet. Colin said not necessary. Coming back next week to finish repair with plumber from his company.

Prompt, quality service. Technician was very knowledgeable and thorough. Took the extra effort to make sure I understood the status and readings of the metrics he was getting. He made some very good recommendations and was extremely respectful of my time and home. Will definitely be scheduling again with All Service.

Paid a grand for air duct cleaning. Air returns and vents not cleaned. Terrible! Feels like a scam. Waiting to see if I actually get a call back from management.

Also, nothing inside was covered, so when debris was knocked loose, it just fell straight on floors, bed ,etc.

My wife and I have thier services for quite some time. From an installation of an AC unit to maintaining. Recently had a service with Aaron who was efficient, prompt, friendly and professional. Thank you!

Andy with all service has been servicing our AC unit consistently the last couple of years- we always ask for him when it’s time to get it checked out. Very pleased with the service. He has great communication and always takes time to explain things. Will definitely use again and definitely recommend to others.
