Brian came by today and installed a new fan motor on our 14 y/o Lennox heat pump compressor. He completed the replacement in about one hour. Brian was quick and courteous even though our 2 dogs were extremely interested! Thank you Brian, we'll be sure to ask for you in the future.

Chris and John did a wonderful job. I had a challenging situation and he was persistent in finding the problem and resolving it. I appreciate his prompt attention during freezing temperatures
Andy took the time during the initial visit to educate me on my system and review proper maintenance.

I have used All Service HVAC for maintenance reviews and system fixes. Andy was our Tech for this visit and did an thorough job of reviewing the system in detail. He left me with some options to consider for improvements and maintenance that would be needed sooner or later. I appreciate the up front review and options. I would recommend All Service for an honest approach to your HVAC maintenance.

Technician Brian greeted me with his name and he was with All Service Heating and Air. Kept me informed of his post checks as he checked the inside and outside A/C unit. Brian did a great job and reported my unit is ready for the Texas summer.

Chris Ramirez was the best. Did an online request for service. Was contacted the next day. Got service a day later. Chris took time to explain our system and recommended a fix. Got appt confirmations via text and email. This company is my go to now for sure.

My experience with All Service is spectacular! Colin is wonderful as always, and found the best options and solutions for a new system. Ceasar and his team were fantastic with great knowledge and attention to detail, They got the install done very quickly and Cleaned up, and answered any questions I had at the time. Chris was wonderful and very knowledgeable on the quality check and spent time dumbing down the technical side of things to me for me to understand, and answered all my questions thoroughly. This install was a great success in my book, love the service they provide!

Brian Moore was a wonderful representative of All Service Heating & Air. He performed a complimentary inspection of my attic insulation. He determined that it was deficient, well under 38 which is the recommended level. I enjoyed his demeanor and especially that he was friendly with my dog and was careful not to let him run out of the house. I highly recommend his service.

I had been looking for better filtration options to add to my home to better manage my allergies and asthma. Aaron came out & took the time to fully explain my options & educate me about UV light air scrubber. I had no idea this was even an option & after hearing the facts I went ahead and made the purchase. Aaron was really efficient & managed to install it that day. He left zero mess which i appreciate so much! After just a few days I'm already sleeping better and I've noticed less cat dander! It was absolutely worth every penny. I recently had a dreaded HVAC call that turned out super easy and memorable. The unit in my home wasn’t reaching its maximum efficiency. A nice young man named Aaron showed up at the scheduled time (he even called in advance). It turns out all I needed was some much needed care and maintenance on my duct work. Aaron patiently went over all of my options and what would be most beneficial for my home and my allergies. We settled on a package that cleaned my current ducts and sealed leaks. Also he recommended I add an air scrubber. My unit hasn’t run this good in a while. Thank goodness in light of the upcoming cold front. It was overall very easy from start to finish. I am very impressed with the knowledge of this technician. I’m going to give this visit and this company 10 thumbs up. Great job!!!

Aaron did an outstanding job with our HVAC service. He showed up on time, was professional from start to finish, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. He took the time to explain the issue with our system in a way that was easy to understand and walked us through the repair before getting started.
What really stood out was how thorough he was. Aaron checked the entire system, made sure everything was running efficiently, and didn’t try to upsell anything we didn’t need. The repair was completed quickly, and the unit has been running perfectly ever since.
It’s hard to find technicians who are both skilled and honest, but Aaron is definitely one of them. If you need HVAC work done, I highly recommend asking for him. Excellent service all around.

My first use of Burnside AC and Heating as I was dissatisfied with our previous service company. I was looking for a local company with an excellant record and found Burnside from the Better Business Bureau where they have an outstanding service record. Chris, our service technician, did the most thorough inspection and service on our AC units that has ever been done. We received same day service and the service was outstanding.

We have been using Burnside for our AC and heating for years and have been very happy with the service individuals sent to our house as well as the responsiveness when issues arise.

Garrett was fantastic. He personable, knowledgeable and accomplished the job quickly. Burnside is great!!!

Arrived 5 min. early for fall tune-up and did a very thorough job of cleaning and checking all 3 units. Found an issue with 1 unit and scheduled repair.

CADEN was the BEST! I got home after 5pm to an overheated house. My AC unit was not blowing cold air. I called Burnside and Caden was at my door within 30 minutes. He immediately diagnosed the issue and replaced the capacitor. While inspecting my unit he noticed that my filter needed changing and helped me do that too. He also noticed that my drain-line was clogged and explained the importance of getting that line redone with Burnside's plumbing department. I'm now a Gold Star Member and trust them to keep my family cold in the hot Texas summers.

We called Burnside to check our A/C unit for the upstairs in May because it never cooled off. All of the technicians were professional and explained everything that would be checked and needed to be done. During the inspection the technician found out that the builder had installed a A/C unit that was too small for the square footage. After replacing the unit with the right size and offering to change all the filters, the upstairs is so much cooler than ever before! The technicians even suggested other things like updating the thermostat if we wanted and cleaning out the air ducts and now my allergies are much better! Thank you so much for the great job everyone did!

Since Burnside did such a great job, I have contacted them again to check our leaking water heater and some other minor plumbing issues.
