I used Paul and DMS Air in 2021 to replace an outside AC unit. I could have not been more pleased with that installation. Then, in Nov '22 our heater stopped working. I called Paul. He walked me through a quick diagnosis over the phone and got my heater back working in a matter of minutes. Paul, you are the best!

Working with DMS is exceptional, Paul and his Lead tech Josh are top notch. I know that I can trust their advice, and experience to not only save me money in the long and short term, but to make sure any work I have done is done correctly the first time.

I own several rental properties and have learned the value of a good service company the hard way.

What can I say? DMS was absolutely the best experience with any service company I have ever had.
Paul responded to my call immediately and was on site to help in 30 minutes just after 8pm.
Extremely honest, thoroughly knowledgeable and professional, and yet personable. It was like a family member came over to fix my AC and let me know what future concerns there could possibly be. This was huge. And the bill was exactly as quoted over the phone. Imagine that!!!

I called DMS in the morning and Paul was out same day just a few hours later. Paul was great and extremely knowledgeable. Both of my AC units were out and the house temp was quickly climbing into the 90s. Paul got right to work and quickly identified and resolved the issue. I also appreciate the fact that Paul took the time to explain what he was doing. He also took the fastest and least costly route possible. Both of my AC units where back in business less than an hour after Paul's arrival. I recommend DMS Air to anyone needing AC repair or routine maintenance.

Paul is really awesome! I called him the first time last year after a power outage that messed up the AC and thermostat and he got it fixed on the same day at a fair price. Today after returning from a trip, I saw the same problem because we also had an outage. Because he was out of town, he walked me through how to resolve it on the phone. Very honest and dependable! I’m only calling Paul for all my HVAC needs!

Our downstairs AC went out at the worst time - weekend & blistering heat. Just had major spine surgery so I couldn't even go and check out what was possibly wrong - I was truly at the mercy of a service call and go with whatever the diagnosis and repair to resolve the problem. Paul promptly answered my call and scheduled time to come by.

Paul arrived as scheduled and he was able to quickly identify the problem and perform the repair work without undue delay. I certainly appreciated the fact that he spent the time to explain the issue and answer any questions I had. I know he could've taken advantage of me and charged far more as well as upsold more services but he didn't, and for this I appreciate his integrity and loyalty to the customer.

I cannot emphasize enough just how impressed and appreciative I am of DMS Air. Customer service is outstanding, very friendly and professional, prices are excellent and work quality is great. It's such a breath of fresh air to find a business that truly focuses on customer service, quality of work and great pricing.

To anyone with AC issues, I highly recommend DMS Air as your first destination to resolving any problems you may have. You won't go wrong and your wallet will thank you, too.

Tech was very nice and considerate. Have maintenance plan and have had for many years and they come twice a year to check air and furnace.

Calling in for ac repair is always a challenge. What if your friend showed up to help? David was an experienced pro and friendly and got our house cool quickly and for a good price. I feel like Aire Serv has a “Repair. Not replace strategy”. (Of course there is a time to replace).

Zach came to do an overall system efficiency assessment. He was prompt, professional, and patiently explained his findings and recommendations. Very pleased.
