I’m very grateful Donavan arrived on time! He was explaining the whole system and answering my questions about maintenance. I want him to know how much I appreciate the information he provided to my system outside cleaning! He’s a great asset to HVAC COMPANY! Very respectful to me and petted my Pomeranian dog! The technician arrived in a timely manner introduced himself I showed him where the thermostas were and the location of the heating unit. The technician Greg Flatten focused on his mission and when finished he cleaned up his work area and showed me the information to sign. We are very pleased with the service we receive from Joplins, one of our best investments as property owners.

Bill Joplin AC has taken great care of us and has been amazing to work with as they have replaced two of our AC units in the past year. Carson came to service our new units and did an unbelievably great, thorough job - checking each unit, changing the filters, and taking time to inspect both inside and outside for any potential problems. Joplin's maintenance plan is by far the best value in the area. The techs are always professional, timely, and helpful. They also saved me thousands on a quote from another company. The other company suggested replacing the entire unit but the tech from Joplin's was able to diagnose the exact part that needed replaced. I'm very thankful for this company and highly recommend them.

From selecting units to the installation to office staff to maintenance, we have been more than pleased with our experience. When we decided to replace our two systems a few years ago we considered several companies before deciding on Joplin’s. We are still so glad we did! The sales rep Grant was excellent. No bs, very honest and straightforward. He even came by my house on the day of installation to make sure everything was done correctly.

Christian was the install lead and he too was fantastic as was the entire crew. The crew was very conscientious, courteous and did an excellent job on the install.

Crew cleaned up, took me thru operation and everything is working like a charm.

Joplin is an old and very reputable company. Their install price for my 4 ton complete system change out was competitive.

I am a contractor and hard to impress but I am impressed :)

Harris is my go-to for all things air and heating. I have been a customer for a few years and trust their work. Zach was my technician this time. He was very thorough and personable with his explanations and recommendations.

Harris air provided me with outstanding customer service. They show up on time, the technician Thomas Wyatt was knowledgeable polite and professional. Found the problem ordered a new fan motor and installed it after they received it. House is cooling down with lower humidity. 👏👏 Will never use anyone else.

Tyler was amazing. He was very thorough and he was a great educator—he explained everything. My favorite HVAC guy from now on!

Tyler just left- and I MUST say he is the best Harris has ever sent to check my system!! He not only checked everything but took videos to show me!! Things he did- if the ones that came before him did these things- they never showed or told me these things were done!! He is definitely a keeper!! On my next service call- please send him!!

Our AC and Heat went out over Christmas week when we noticed the AC and Heat would not come on. Tyler came out and looked at our system as a work in, found the issue, even went over options and costs. We had to have the part ordered and as soon as it came in he came out and fixed our heating . Which was awesome since the temperature decided to drop down to freezing. Thank you Harris AC and Tyler for helping us on the Holiday week!

Preston was absolutely amazing!! Very professional, knowledgeable and kind. He explained every step and even sent videos to watch what he was doing. Look no further than Harris Air, they are the best around.

The techs Collin and Brady who serviced our unit were great. Polite, knowledgeable and was very easy to work with. Clear explanations of what’s going on with our system. Thankful for reliable respectful techs. Would recommend them to anyone.
