Reviews of local pros in Melissa, Texas

The first time I met Brian from Exodus Mechanical, I had just gotten home from the hospital and my heater didn't work. He got it working and didn't charge me. When the unit went out several months later I called on his company to do the replacement. He explained clearly all that would be done, answered all my questions, his crew showed up when they say they would. They did an outstanding job. Brian came over a couple of days later to make sure everything was good. He explained to me how to adjust some settings and even showed me how to download and use a phone application. This is a family owned business and is one that cares about their customers. Their prices are reasonable, I highly recommend them and will not hesitate to use their services again.

Jamin and Breanna Knickerbocker, Cole Electric upgraded our 30 year old kitchen to receive a new microwave and double oven from a single oven. I love it especially during the holidays.
They were both very professional, punctual and the quality of work was excellent.

I contacted Cole Electric about installing a couple of ceiling fans and running some low-voltage cables in my house, and I'm glad I did. I had some initial troubles that required rescheduling and not only did they accommodate my adjusted timeframe, they showed up in force to make sure everything was accomplished in the ORIGINAL timeframe we discussed before my issues became apparent. When they arrived, they took the time to understand all that I needed, and immediately set to work quickly and efficiently. They took extra care to ensure the work and work areas were clean and restored to better than when they were found. I cannot recommend Cole Electric more highly when you need work done exceedingly well with the integrity one would expect from a professional organization!

Quick turnaround on a large project with heavy time constraints. Very professional and knowledgeable and they had very competitive rates. I use them in all different environments varying from large production facilities to office settings as well as Residential. I will continue to utilize their services as they are the best I have worked with in a long time. Worked with them on several cutovers with no issues when bringing the machines back online.

This company has done several conduit and electrical jobs for me for camera installs. Their work is top notch and always a clean install.
