Jose Gonzalez did a great job. He was professional and courteous. But most importantly he did a thorough job checking our water pressure lines.

Ray did excellent job of locating and fixing a leaky faucet in our master bath and identifying an issue we were have with our water heater. He was prompt, courteous and knew what he was doing!

Ray did an excellent job replacing my water spigot after I received a Crack from the freeze. It was fairly quick and without issue. He was friendly and professional. Pricing was pretty good as well.

Our service tech Ray was great. He was very familiar with our plumbing issue and common causes. He quickly cleaned and adjusted our master baths mixing valve which along with seasonal water temperature increasing should solve the problem. Thanks Ray.

Ray from L&S Mechanical came to our new home to fix a very slow occasional leak. He identified the faulty seal and resolved quickly. He was professional and a joy to have in our home.

L&S Did the install of my plumbing and shower in my new build. The shower was done completely wrong, which eventually they did fix the right way, thus this isn't one star. Having said that, they also improperly installed the glass door in the shower, which they had to come out and repair under warranty. Shortly after they fixed that, it broke again (due to never being done properly to begin with). I called to get it repaired (willing to pay them), and was told they only do warranty work, leaving me to find someone else to fix their poor craftsmanship. If you want to work with a company that will do just enough to get you past one year then leave you hanging, these are the folks for you

The owner and his wife have great integrity. They are responsive, and very communicative. This is a great company to work with. I called them because I had an office with their AC down. They rearranged the schedule to get someone out there before we closed. When they got there, they didn't know how to work on our system. Instead of giving up, they sent the owner to the office to look at it. He said he had been working with AC for 30 years and never seen a system like it. He recommended finding someone more specialized for that system to ensure we get it fixed right. Premier didn't charge me a trip charge for the visit to look at the AC. I think it's great that they sent a tech and the owner to help, but didn't charge because they didn't feel it was right.

I have been a loyal Premier customer since 2018. Lee, Sondra, and their team have replaced my hvac and electrical system in my 1966 home. They are a Christian & family company that treat their employees and customers with old fashioned values. They saved the day again today when my ac went out in the middle of the night! Randall was efficient, helpful, & professional. Now, I can enjoy my weekend with glorious air! Thank you!!!!!

Fast quote, appointment and quality service. They even took the time to talk to me late after business hours! That's incredible and almost non-existent.
