Ray from L&S is fantastic! I've had Ray out here a few times to get our tankless working and more recently a leak in garage. Hes always Super nice, professional and knows his stuff! I always feel at ease when I know hes coming.

Mr. Ray has visited our home several times within the past year. He is accurate, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I ask for him particularly when scheduling. He gives me little hints to keep things going good, and explains in detail how he fixed the problem. Never any doubts about corners being cut. I appreciate him!!!

Ray from L&S Mechanical has immense knowledge in working with tankless water heater. He identifies the problem immediately after initial observation. He also explains the problem clearly. The yearly maintenance from L&S mechanical is bit expensive though.

Ray came to fix our toilets and showers that were installed at the time of building the house, but had not been completely done correctly! He was friendly and professional and wow!...knew his work!!

Jose Gonzalez did such a great job in fixing our tankless water heater problem! He also checked out the shower head and cleaned it all out. I have hot water again and the pressure flows so much better! I’ll definitely call them again if I have any future issues.
