I appreciate their honesty and help with my unit. My house was blowing 20 below the original temperature! Would recommend them to anyone in Melissa!

Exodus is amazing. They went above and beyond for us. Our air conditioner went out in the middle of August and needed a part that had to be shipped in, which would have taken a few days before it could be fixed. They called around everywhere and finally found the part they needed and saved us from the summer heat. Above and beyond and we are incredibly thankful.

I cannot say enough how grateful I am for this company in so many ways. I highly recommend them for any issues you have with your air conditioner. My air conditioning went out and at 1:00 a.m. my house was 88°. I called the 24-hour number and a wonderful woman troubleshooted with me for about 45 minutes to try to get my air conditioning back on. The next day they arrived promptly, and quickly fixed it with the least amount of money possible. I highly highly recommend this company to everyone as it was such a smooth transition, they knew the urgency with having my little kids in the house, and expedited things quickly to get things back up and running. I will definitely be using them again and Will shout from the rooftops to everyone in the local area for all air conditioning needs

These guys did a great job. Very courteous and professional and very happy that I got such a quick response on a Saturday. Came right out and diagnosed the problem. Unfortunately required a new compressor, which had to be ordered, but got it installed and got me back online within a few hours today. Also got the job completed much quicker than anticipated so very much appreciated and now have cool air!

I called for service to address a loud noise coming from the condenser unit and its container noticeably vibrating. The tech diagnosed it to an unbalanced fan blade which needed an order placed and labor amounting to over $400. On installing the blade, the noise persisted and it seems very much like what I heard before but the tech said it was a different noise, this time coming from the condenser itself and it will soon breakdown and needs an overall a/c unit change. If this is the case, I'm questioning if I really needed the fan blade replacement which i had to pay for since they had to pass the charge to me for the part ordered. What's fair is they should have return the part and just charge me for the labor. Disappointed since I had trusted them for a long time.
Update:
The owner contacted me back and we discussed on what went wrong. He was genuine and showed me empathy and refunded me the cost of the fan blades. I guessed he won back my trust so I am upping the rating.

We had an AC unit and furnace replaced last summer and was extremely happy with the price and quality of both units.

The company came to my home, professionally assessed my air conditioning issues, made the correct diagnosis, and promptly applied the warranty to fix the unit. Excellent service!

The crew did a great job removing and installing the new furnace. Spent some extra time to make sure everything worked as it should. Would highly recommend them.

After yesterday’s torrential storm, I had water leaking into my home from the HVAC Vent on the roof. Walter responded to my frantic call immediately. Once the storm passed, and it was safe for his team, they made it a priority to leave a job in Prosper, in 5pm traffic, to get this sealed the correct way, before the next set of storms coming this weekend. I’ve had a few contractors up on my roof, but nobody was able to fix it like EXODUS MECHANICAL.
Don’t waste your time, make Exodus your first call.

Tanner was very friendly and professional. Great at trouble-shooting our unit that wasn't working and fixed the problem quickly. As a Realtor, I work with a lot of contractors around homes and have used Exodus myself for years and recommended them to clients, too!

I had my full HVAC replaced this week and the job went as smoothly as it could. Unfortunately, my old system had experienced some moisture that caused mold in my ductwork that could only be remediated with new ducts (wah, wah, wah). Tanner and the team reviewed the issues with me to be sure I understood the problem and how to resolve it. They were able to complete the full job by the second day. Left work areas tidy, reviewed the new thermostat and how to operate it, installed a new drain line, air scrubber and are ready to jump in if I run into any issues with the new system which they’ll monitor for the first year, as well. It was a pleasure to do business with Exodus.

We had an excellent experience with Exodus Mechanical! Tanner Coughlin and Brayzon came out to clean our dryer vent and inspect our heating system, and they did an outstanding job from start to finish. They were very friendly, professional, and explained everything clearly.

During the inspection, they discovered that one of our dampers was out of order. They replaced it the same day, which was a huge relief for us. Their knowledge and attention to detail really stood out.

Tanner and Brayzon also told us about their membership program, which turned out to be a great value. We were impressed enough that we’ve decided to sign up.
