Terrible customer service. I asked if they would stay open 5 mins longer than posted hours, as I was down the street. I explained it was an emergency. I was still told, sorry, come back tomorrow. I should have expected this, being it's a tiny supply store hidden in the dump hole that is, Mesquite, TX.

I love this place my dad has been going here for about 20 years and so has my father in law, husband and I.were all electricians and we love the people here, they will go above and beyond for their customers.

Have a simple question for information and the lady w/negative attitude refuse to help, not because I want to get free service, which I think she should not be answering the phone. Very unpolite!!!

Always quick and efficient. Mostly everything in stock, if not, by end of day or next day they’ll have it. Temple has served my company and family for many years.

I couldn’t find a breaker so I stumbled upon this shop, these guys are the nicest people you will ever find anywhere, besides carrying old models of breakers they are super polite and have always great attitude, this is how a business should be running!!!

These guys provide fantastic customer service. Paysyn, was patient with all my stupid questions and provided great advice. Didn't have the step light color I wanted but they ordered for me and got exactly what I wanted. Many thanks, will definitely be back.

Well, I noticed they change the name of this place believe it’s the same people working here that atmosphere feels like 1978. There’s about three person behind the counter at their desk and there’s about two people behind the window in the little office behind the counter everybody on the phone talking, I’m at the counter with another customer. No one acknowledged or say hello or I’ll be with you in a minute so we waited playing with our cell phones like everybody else and finally the youngest member behind the counter walks up to the customer ,may I help you he seems like a very nice kid, very respectful and professional so I’m assuming this is a family own business and I’m assuming the owners is one of the people sitting in the desk and it’s gonna be the same way until new blood comes here so if you want service, this is not gonna be the place ,you might get the part you need ,but you better wait a while
