Would never use this service. Agree trying to be professional but should be reasonable when you charge ! They had a service charge $79 which agreed to pay . After the visit tech told my wife that just re adjusting wires for existing gci point would be $255 again will try to reiterate just recheck the wiring and make adjustment as needed. No new parts no new wiring just checking wiring and readjusting wiring . Never heard of this kind of charges. End of day I wanted just pay that service fee ( of course paid for nothing ) . I would never use them ever again

Xavier and Brandon came at the exact time installed 7 new smoke detectors, did an outlet inspection, fixed my kitchen light that wasn't turning on and much more. They were patient with my questions, informative, very courteous, I would definitely recommend them. ❤️

This service was great. I called because a surge knocked off my furnace and they were able to quickly diagnose the problem and fix it during one visit. Xavier and Brandon were very professional and respectful. I won’t hesitate to call them again in the future.

I called 5th Generation Electric in Dallas, and from the very first minute, they were genuinely friendly and professional. They were exactly on time, which is so rare these days, and they instantly put me at ease.

The technician was extremely knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the issue. What impressed me the most was that they did a good job quickly while still taking the time to explain everything in plain language so it was easy for me to follow and understand exactly what work was being done. There was no confusing jargon.
