The good (actually the GREAT): Nathan took his time to learn about the specific EV charger to be hardwire installed to the panel, researching what was needed and recommending specific options. Unlike many (4) other companies from whom I obtained a quote, he was willing to get a city permit and inspection, without charging a crazy extra fee (other places were going to charge an extra $300). He took tons of photos of the job and sent them to me and the city inspector. The install was neat and he suggested ideas to make it a cleaner install that what I had planned. The price was the lowest of the 5 quotes we received.

The only thing that could have been better was the communication. I understand that things come up and perhaps a previous job or something else might delay an arrival, but there should be some communication when things like that happen. It should not be the customer who has to make "where are you" contact.

Overall as you can see, I still rated things as 5-star, even with the lack of communication problem. Everything else was just that good and it was refreshing to see someone who is willing to do things "by the book" with the permit and inspection and not add an outrageous upcharge. Plus there was no option for a 4.9 rating.

I made an appointment with Mend and he no call no showed, 3 days later he calls me back and apologized and said he would be to my house in 30 minutes....well 90 minutes later and no call, no showed for the second time!! What's your issues?? Don't call me again. There are plenty of respectful companies out there that I'm sure would love my business!!

Came on the weekend to give a quote and the price was very reasonable. He was quite responsive to our requests and scheduled us fairly quickly. He came exactly when he said he would and finished in a timely manner. No surprise costs or attempts to upsell, just solid all around great work. I will 100% hire them again for all of my future projects.

Great company, fast and constant communication, electricians were very knowledgeable and they did excellent service. Nathan and his team had done an amazing electrical job for my new hair salon place, the service is OUTSTANDINGLY PROFESSIONAL. They don’t try to short cut the install with something you won’t be happy with, but they do it their way to ensure a good customer experience. Extremely polite nice, courteous and friendly, cleaned up after finishing.
I honestly can’t say enough good things about them, I’m extremely grateful to work with them. Wish I could give MEND ELECTRIC LLC a 10 star review!

Technician showed up exactly on time, was very personable and ask pertinent questions about our issue. He was very polite and respectful about coming into our home to research the issue. He quickly got down to work to resolve our issue. Overall we were extremely pleased as he only took 30 minutes to locate the issue. We highly recommended Mend Electric.

Home recently affected my lightning causing power surge. He offered same day appointments. Reasonable rates and very knowledgeable. Respectfully and eager to help. I’d be very comfortable recommending him and hiring him again in the future.

Do not trust these people. They lied about the price and only contract out the service, then on top of that, have attempted a fraudulent charge.

I found this company based on google reviews, and they did not let me down. I had Richardson wire my entire security system in my new home. He and his crew were not only a pleasure to be around which is such a bonus, but cared about the quality of their work and that everything was done properly in a timely manner. We had a kitchen fire recently, and the entire kitchen had to be rewired and brought up to code. A new sub-panel was also installed. They were consummate professionals from the start to the finish of the project. They completed the job in one day, rather than the two days estimated, and they cleaned up after themselves. I'll admit that I was skeptical of all the 5-star reviews, but they are genuine. Richardson Electrical Services is experienced, honest, and dependable. I will definitely hire them again.

Took payment, when guy came out to fix problem he also wanted payment when he was done. Cool no problem but he wasn’t aware that we paid a portion on the phone. His boss & coworkers wouldn’t answer his call for about 30 minutes. He had to call his boss over and over again, they argued and we ended paying the guy and are having to dispute the other transactions. Looks like the business just takes calls and calls other local self employed electricians to go complete job. Whole interaction was awkward at best. I do not recommend this place
