Called for a service call and was told I needed to submit paperwork .. not knowing what they were talking about and after explaining I know where the leak is I just need it fixed I was put on hold then told they didn't have anyone available .. NOT very good customer service. Then called another company called "Flow Plumbing" and found out they are the same .. not interested!!

Metroplex plumbers they sent found the problem and also replaced our water heater that was leaking then fixed the wood around the area as well!

Had them out to locate leak in yard service. Very professional and reasonably priced. Was able to pinpoint leak. Had plumber out to repair and was right where they said it was. I would highly recommend!

The folks at Metroplex Leak & Line locators were phenomenal. From quickly coming out and accurately locating my slab leak, getting the plumbers and that team out to dig and repair the leak, to the final replacement of the dirt and concrete....the people were awesome. I had a leak and Metroplex Leak and Line Locators were able to come over within an hour of the call. John identified the leak within 10 minutes and had Dillon and Eric come over to repair it.
