It's rare these days to find a family run business like this that actually care about their work, will give it to you straight, and aren't trying to collect a big check just to look at an issue. I've had so many bad service jobs out here from various lines of work, finding someone like this is like finding gold in your backyard. The only downside is that their increasingly in demand, even so I've waited weeks without AC just so I could have them be the one's to look at my issue rather than worry about some inexperienced service worker collecting a paycheck from a company without any care or accountability.

I highly recommend Professor Plumb.

We called them to clear a clog in our kitchen/laundry drain. Blue came out. He was very professional and very nice. He thoroughly explained what he was doing. He also gave us some great ideas to help prevent and or prolong the drain from clogging again. We will definitely be calling upon this company again for future needs.

I had a good experience with Prof Plumb. They were easy to schedule with and were at a decent price (no plumbing is cheap anywhere). I liked how the plumbers quoted me beforehand and discussed a couple of options for my plumbing issues that could save me money down the road.

These guys are very knowledgable and very friendly, and we've had them come out multiple times for different issues and/or projects. One time, we called them out for a water leak, and I was going to replace an anti-syphon valve near that yard leak. They fixed the leak, but they also went ahead and took the 3 mins to put the new valve on for me. We've used them multiple times, and will continue to do so.

I hired Professor Plumber to replace the cast iron pipes at my house. The work they did was horrible. They did not replace the pipes properly and used low quality material which has now failed, they did not compact the soil correctly and there is 6 ft hole is under my foundation and it may now fail since it is not supported and I now have leaking sewage under my foundation due to the pipes have separated. I am having to have the work completely redone. Professor Plumber refuses take responsibility for their incompetent work . Be very careful about hiring this plumbing company to do any work. I would rate this company a negative star if that was an option

I hired them because they were good with BBB, Yelp and in general on the net. I have now used them several times and I'm happy I did. Amanda couldn't be nicer or more helpful, Brian was knowledgeable and professional, and thank heavens for Robert! Those are the 3 who worked with me and I appreciate all they did. And the icing on the cake was the very clever tag line for the business:. "In the kitchen, with a wrench.". They're great.

Brian and Robert did an outstanding job working on a natural gas issue at my daughter’s house. They troubleshot the problem quickly and offered creative solutions. The work they performed was great. I could not be happier with the work they performed. Thank you.

Brian and Rob came to evaluate the issue I was having with my drains emitting a rotten egg smell. They arrived promptly after a brief courtesy call 20 minutes prior. They were thorough in their evaluation asking several questions and offered recommendations based on their assessment. Despite my problem only needing an easy fix, they took their time explaining next steps and I feel confident in using their services should I need them in the future. They're knowledgeable and are patient in explaining the problem and solution to customers.

Blue and Brian have always done a great job with any plumbing issues that has popped up. They will always be my go to.

Professor Plumb has worked for me at multiple properties, and I'm finally writing this long overdue review after Blue replaced my 19-year-old conventional water heater with a tankless unit yesterday. He was amazing! Blue worked late into the night on a Friday to ensure we had hot water, then came back on Saturday, worked late to finish the job, and didn't grumble when we asked for adjustments. He cleaned up each day, wore booties in the house, and laid drop cloths from the front door to the utility closet to keep our home clean. He's hilarious, has great stories, and is incredibly professional and polite.

Blue's partner, Brian, is also a funny, sensible guy who has done everything from replacing the cut-off valve on one property to replacing an entire system in a gut renovation at another property. The two of them are honest to a fault, very personable, reasonably priced, and I'm really happy I found them.

Really nice family that owns this business.

We noticed a Gas Leak and this firm came out promptly and did a perfect job of locating, repairing and testing the repair for a completed job! I then was helped to get the inspection team from the city out to our home and subsequently got Atmos to send out a tech to turn the gas back on. I would gladly use this team again as needed!

Plumbing supplier for contractors and business. Walk ins welcome. Friendly staff and environment. A must if you need to get a project done. They have everything you need to get the job done. Outside is starting to to look amazing. They have been cleaning it up organizing to better find what's needed.
