We have had nothing but excellent service from Moore Supply in Mesquite. They have gotten us out of a jam many times and delivered to the jobsite. Opened on weekends when we needed something urgently. Great service.

We have had two positive experiences with Tim from Moore Plumbing! He came out on the same day when other plumbers told us it would be over a week. He worked quickly as well!

They say they open at 8am but at 8:10 still nothing but a recording! So I just received a call back from Flow at 9am one hour after they should've opened not happy at all with the customer service. WON'T BE CALLING THEM AGAIN.

I was charged 460$ for the tech to walk in and out of my house for 3 hours and he still didn’t find the leak . You could hear the water running in the bathroom but he made some excuse about an empty house and an echo. I called in another plumber and it took this guy right at 30 minutes to find the leak in the bathroom where you could actually here it.

My favorite part about Flow Plumbing was that their website says "Water Heater Installation". Then when you call on August 5th 2022, they tell you that is not a service they offer. Interesting. Not a company I would want working on my house if they don't even know what service they offer. Yikes 😳

Flow Plumbing is an outstanding company to deal with…easy to schedule and Sixto, their plumber is knowledgeable, efficient and experienced! I would recommend this company for anyone with plumbing needs without reservation!

First visit the workers did their stuff and were out in under an hour, with a very detailed quote of work that needed to be done for sure, and additional quotes for any issues that may arise in the process. Second visit they jack-hammered the floor, and due to sediment settling in the pipes from us turning the water on and off, the leak could not be located (this is at no fault of the workers). They came again this morning, and found and are correcting the leak. Work will be completed in the morning.

1st crew that came out very good about explaining everything and good work. Cared to get problem fixed. Second crew that came out next day also very good about explaining everything when trying to find out the problem witch came to be a city issue not the problem that they had fixed the first day. Witch was caused by the contractors that the city hired to replace everyone's supposedly new smart water meters.
