First time calling in about purchasing a water heater, very rude man answers. Once I state what I'm calling for he responds "who are you?"....horrible customer service. Once I state who I am and what company I own he starts slamming on the keyboard and tells me with tax it's xxx.xx. I ask if that is wholesale because it's higher than I can get retail and he snaps back that is retail. I'll be looking for a different supplier for sure.
