Fersa HVAC is one of the best HVAC companies in all Dallas Metroplex. They did an excellent job for me in my new warehouse. Fersa does not ask you for an initial payment, they charge you until the service or product has been installed. Luis González, the owner, is an honest and reliable person, 100% recommended.

We just had this company install our new HVAC system due to a coil leak from our old system. We did not need to go with the new system, but decided that due to the old age of the previous system (>25 years old) plus the multiple repairs we have done in the past 4-5 years. Luis gave three options for replacement that gave us the flexibility of deciding which one fit our budget and our preference. He was very professional and communicative throughout the process. I will try to get some updates to this review as time goes on.

It was a great experience with Luis and his team at Fersa hvac. He arrived in the am yesterday to see what was wrong with my system, diagnosed and determined a leaky coil. New one ordered and they installed by the afternoon. He came by today to inspect his installers work and all good to good. Would highly recommend.

Fersa installed two new full HVAC units for me. They did a great work repositioning them to fit better and configuring them. All work was done professionally and they cleaned everything before they leave.

We had a challenging HVAC situation in our upstairs at our older home with an upstairs addition. I had several different companies look at it but each was unsure that removing our poorly installed mini split and installing a new unit would solve our issues. Luis with FERSA was able to assess the problem and install a new unit. He then moved the return vent which made a tremendous difference in the air flow to our primary bedroom. He also came out to another property and deemed that the older HVAC was performing well. Luis is trustworthy, dependable, and has the experience to troubleshoot event the most challenging HVAC dilemmas. I will continue recommending FERSA HVAC whenever I have the opportunity!

I called L&S when my AC unit broke. They diagnosed the issue and gave me several complete and partial replacement options. I appreciate that they didn’t just solely recommend complete replacement. However, I did decide to go with complete replacement since my unit was so old and their price was very reasonable. They did an excellent job on the installation. The new unit functions great and looks very neat, clean and professional. They also accommodated a few custom requests I had at no extra charge. I am very pleased with the whole process and would highly recommend them!

Luis was great. We needed him on short notice and he was there. He was very respectful, honest, professional and took care of our AC issue in a timely manner. I definitely recommend him and his company.

Had another company come out and give estimate for repairs to outside and inside units. They wanted to replace my whole system for $12K. Something didn’t seem right so I contacted L&S for a second opinion. Luis came out and found leaking coil and valve within 10 min. Recommended repairs that were still under warranty and saved me a ton of money. System back up and running perfect. L&S is a company I trust and is now my go to for any AC repairs.

I highly recommend L&S Heating and Air for their service! Luis and his team were exceptional. My elderly mother’s air conditioning fan motor went out and the temperature reading on the wall thermostat was not even registering anymore. After calling L&S, Gloria was able to put me on the schedule same day. Luis and his crew came out that afternoon to repair the unit and had a new motor operating within a couple of hours. He even pointed out other potential areas that needed attention on the air unit. From the time of diagnostics to repair, they explained everything in simple understandable terms. By late evening, the home was beginning to cool down enough for the thermostat to begin displaying a more reasonable temperature. Luis called the next day to follow up and to ensure we were satisfied with their work. I am thankful to Luis and his team for taking care of the situation promptly which helped my elderly mother have peace knowing her air conditioner was again working while enjoying a cooler evening. Thanks a bunch!!!

This was hands down the best experience. We would give this company 10 stars if it was possible. Our AC was not working and Luis came out within 20 minutes after our call. He fixed our issue in under 30 minutes and educated us on our AC system.

I was referred to and hired Luis and his crew at FERSA HVAC to replace one of my two units at my house in Plano. These men are polite, courteous, professional, and hardworking. They did a great job and I will hire them again for the next unit when it’s time.

My longtime AC guy retired several years ago and I have been searching for a new reliable provider ever since. After waiting 2 days for another company to fix my A/C my contractor neighbor recommended Luis since that’s who he uses. Luis gave me a time he could be there and showed up right on time. He then quickly diagnosed the problem and got it fixed for a very fair price. He IS my new HVAC guy.

Our air conditioning stopped working and we called them . The response was prompt and they were over in less than 24 hours to our relief in this scorching weather. Luis and company were very courteous and professional and did great work. I recommended them to my daughter when their air conditioning went out.They came that night to assist! Same excellent service! They will be our go to company in the future! 5 stars ++++
