Luis arrived on time and was extremely professional. I am a contractor myself and would recommend these guys every time. They came on a Sunday, as I requested, priced very fair and told me the price upfront. The technician knew his stuff and was able to do a complete check and make some other recommendations. Will use again

Luis and his team are great! They came out multiple times working late into the evening to get our 2 new units installed and up and running after are fairly new (2019) unit's compressor failed. I highly recommend them and I will be recommending them to all of my family and friends as well. It is so incredibly hot here in TX so when an AC fails it is a dire situation. It is great to know that I can rely on Luis on and ongoing basis to take great care of my little family!

Luis was extremely professional and knowledgeable. We sent two other HVAC contractors previously and they were unable to figure out what the issue was. As soon as Luis got there, he was able to diagnose the issue and fix the problem. He communicated well and was able to move quickly. We are appreciative of the quality of his work and his expertise!

Luis came out to our home to address an issue that a previous company caused with a new installation. Our current unit was too small, duct work was not installed properly, and fresh air was never connected. Luis identified the problem, installed a bigger unit, fixed all the duct work and remained in contact to assure we had no more problems. His prices and professionalism beat any company that I have previously worked with. Highly recommend L&S Heating and Air to make things right!

Two years later and we had a mechanical failure that Luis promptly addressed. He was very responsive and honest. I still highly recommend him for any HVAC issues

Luis was awesome! I like how he make sure you know what he did and is very knowledgeable about his profession. Fersa y'all struck gold when y'all hired him. Prices were reasonable and he was very timely. This guy enjoys what he does, you can tell by his dedication and work ethic.

No words can express how Amazing service was, came out on a Saturday night, within 15 minutes of calling, made repairs quickly, very thankful for their service ,our grandmother is on hospice, could not go without air, technician was very nice and professional had everything he needed on truck, thank you Luis.

I’m writing this review to tell everyone in the Mesquite / Dallas area that I have used several companies in the past for both business and personal use, but I have never found a company like this one. They were incredibly knowledgeable and professional. My Air conditioner went out and they came right out and instantly fixed it like new. Luis and his team are excellent! They are knowledgeable, professional, fast, very clean but most impressively they were understanding of my personal situation and showed incredible compassion!! This is the company to hire!!

Luis and his team were very professional and Luis was very transparent and honest in his evaluation. We were needing a new system altogether (condenser, evaporator, and furnace) and we decided to go with Fersa rather than our home warranty because they offered a higher quality product. I have nothing but good things to say about Fersa . Karen, on the phones, is pleasant, answers questions and is prompt to respond. Luis came out and gave me options. He explained all he saw and genuinely cared about the fact that my family needed a new AC. He worked quickly to get his team out the next day to replace our unit. He was transparent and honest about the costs. He is fair and really works with you provoking payment options, if needed. His team was out the next day with the new unit, replaced everything, took away the old unit and confirmed that everything was in working order before they left. They were kind and efficient. I called FERSA on Tuesday and had a new AC unit by Friday. Luis is knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The team was diligent and worked
hard all day to get everything done. They took no shortcuts and made sure that my unit was installed correctly with all new components of the HVAC system. They removed all the waste and left the house ready for my grandson’s birthday party the next day. The party was cool and comfortable. I also appreciated the veterans discount. They went above and beyond to be sure that I was informed and satisfied with the outcome and excellent service.

We had a great experience with FERSA HVAC. They were on time, gave me an honest and fair price and did an excellent job installing my new system. They even cleaned up when they were done and made sure I had all my questions answered about the system.

FERSA HVAC is an awesome company and team. I first hired them 2 years ago in 2023 to replace the duct work in my attic. In researching providers, Luis was very professional and very fair in his pricing. They did an outstanding job in a very hot attic. Its now March 2025 and I needed a whole new AC system. I did a lot of research and got additional estimates, but as I expected, Luis gave me the best price AND for the best equipment. They installed the entire system in less than 6 hours - which included clean up of all materials and sweeping my floors to remove any dirt or insulation from the attic. I ended up having an issue that turned out to be unrelated to the install, but Fersa HVAC took care of it. These guys always go above and beyond.

The entire crew, from Luis, his crew, and admin staff are exceptional. They go above and beyond every single time in many ways. They are professional, fair priced, and friendly. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

These guy's are awesome!!!! Thank you so much Luis for your help and honesty. He told me when he could complete my entire ac system inside and outside and was here promptly. Wow what a great experience. I wont call anyone els other than Fersa Hvac. Luis Showed up was very professional and honest. Diagnosed my AC unit. Gave me three options. And discussed all three options with me. Answered all my questions wasn’t pushy at all. He showed up brought extra help to finish the job fast knowing we had a day old baby upstairs.

Just an all around great experience.

FERSA HVAC did a great job!
They showed up quickly when I needed a quote for replacing two air conditioners.
They took a look at existing systems, gave me a price and timeline to replace them and got it all done VERY professionally.

The new systems look amazing! Much nicer air filters that only need to be replaced every 6 months as well.

They walked me through each step of basic maintenance to keep things running well and made sure the App to control the thermostats was successfully set up on my phone.

I would gladly recommend Luis and FERSA HVAC to anyone.

Our house heating units got problem and it's freezing cold in the house. I believe it was 59 degree faranheit and we got babies in the house. I called Luis at around 5:30PM and it took him around 10 minutes to come. He found the problem and fix it in a quick yet efficiency manner. The heater is up and run after 20 ish minutes and everything was handled proffessionally. If you ever need express and excellent service, this is where to look for. Highly recommended.
