My AC failed and their repairman Kenneth arrived within two hours of my call. He was friendly and straight forward. He showed me the parts that were failing and explained it well. The prices were a little lower than I expected and he fixed it all up in around an hour. AC is working well since then. Excellent service!

The technician from Integrity was very courteous and prompt We had asked for someone to look at our ductwork thoroughly to determine if there was a problem causing a lot of dust to come into the house but he did not go into the attic far enough to see the ductwork He did point out one area that dust was accumulating and gave us two bids for routine maintenance/vent & duct cleaning plus new filter types Both bids being alot more than we wanted to spend we opted out of those and will continue to see if we can figure this out on our own with cleaning & filter replacement.

Johnny from Integrity Air Conditioning deserves 10 stars!! From the very beginning when he was willing to come over and see what type of air conditioner that we needed, to keeping us updated on when Integrity could install the new unit, he did an excellent job. Finally, Johnny skillfully installed an excellent HVAC unit and then left our home in excellent condition afterwards. I will 100% use Integrity Air Conditioning again.
