BIG Shout out to Jason's Air-Tex Services for the helping us with our A/C repair, when our warranty company would not approve our claim, after their Tech reported that our blower fan was packed with dust, and it was not maintained. Well Nathan from Jason's Air-Tex came to our home after calling them in the morning and he fixed our A/C within an hour which included removing the old blower and leaving to pick up a new blower and installing it. Nathan was very friendly and even informed me of the services they provide to maintain our A/C going forward, which is a service I will be getting to help us in the future. I only wish my warranty company would work with this company because they did not hesitate on coming out and getting our A/C working. If you're looking for a company that is honest and explains everything, they will do for you this is the company. Their pricing is also homeowner friendly.

Received excellent service from this Company this Week. They diagnosed the root cause on our system that the first Company sent by the Warranty company couldn't figure out. It was a unique situation where the freon line gets clogged up.
First Technician from the warranty company installed the compressor without checking the line for restriction and ended up damaging the compressor. Jason's team came in and did the correct diagnostics and unclogged the freon line and replaced the condenser at a reasonable charge while the other company was trying to sell me the whole system. They are very knowledgeable in their line of work, thorough and communicate the issue well with you. Will definitely recommend them to my family and friends!

We have used Jason’s Air-Tex for 10+ years. The technicians have been unfailingly polite, efficient and informative. We have subscribed to their biannual maintenance service and found it well worth the cost. This is a fine company doing fine work with a professional attitude - hard to duplicate.

We recently had our AC go out in the middle of August, so the house got hot and humid quickly. Jason’s Air Tex sent someone out on a Saturday afternoon to help us. They quickly diagnosed the issue and were very upfront about cost and the amount of time it would take to repair. Michael (our tech) was very trustworthy and respectful of our house. He made sure we knew all of our options for repairs and communicated with us throughout the process so we knew what was going on. One part had to be ordered, and he kept me updated on when it was shipped, when it arrived, and when he picked it up. I never had to call them to figure out what was happening or when something would be fixed. Thank you so much Michael + Jason’s Air Tex!!

The technicians at Jason Air Tex exceeded my expectations. They are very honest and hard working. I had a refrigerant leak and they found the problem very quickly. The AC unit was under warranty so they got the part from the manufacturer and swapped out the condenser coil. Now the AC runs so much better than before! Would highly recommend their AC repair without a question.

The appointment was very easy to book. I was texted before the technician arrived so it didn’t tie up my whole morning. The technician was friendly and knowledgeable - just as I had expected. I believe it was an honest appraisal of a couple of concerns with no pressure to repair on the spot. Great experience!

I just wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the outstanding service I received from your company. This morning, I called to schedule a routine service appointment for my air conditioning, knowing it had been experiencing some issues. I wanted to ensure I was on the schedule for a visit a week out.

However, upon returning home before my surgery, I discovered that my air conditioning had completely stopped working. Concerned, I called your office again and was relieved to learn that Johnny was already on-site that afternoon attending to another customer. Thanks to his quick response, he was able to come over and get my air conditioning back up and running before I returned home from surgery.

i called because i thought they also did plumbing, however, despite the fact that i told them when i called that i needed a leak fixed in my shower head, they did not tell me they didn’t do plumbing, but they came anyway and the tech told me to call a plumber, then left. then they billed me for the guy coming out to tell me they didn’t do plumbing . that’s a complete scam

I was very impressed and grateful for Kenneth getting the heat back on and getting the parts ordered for the permanent repair. He was very professional and knowledgeable.

Great experience with integrity AC! The owner of the company, James Edwards. Home AC went down and spoke with James who immediately was on top of things. They were quick to respond and show up and get my AC back running in this hundred degree weather! I was treated great and run. The service technician was awesome! Thank you, integrity for being For taking good care of us! I recommend them highly!!
