I know you have read reviews about other HVAC technicians and companies, but Johnny arrived promptly, quickly diagnosed the problem with my AC (short in thermostat wiring), repaired it, AND ONLY CHARGED FOR A SERVICE CALL ($80). WOW!! Thanks again, Johnny!
Can you imagine what some of the other "reputable" companies would have diagnosed AND charged?
BTW, if repairs are needed to your unit and Sanchez AC makes the repairs, there is NO SERVICE CHARGE.
SANCHEZ AC will be my choice in the future for my AC and heating needs.

It means a lot when a person takes time to actually diagnose the problem and repair it. Mr Johnny keep up the amazing work of taking care of the community and providing A1 service. I was lied to 3 times by 3 different companies before I gave u the call. Much respect to Sanchez AC and Heating.

Johnny was prompt, courteous & fixed the issue very quickly! He explained how simple the problem was, as well as how easy it was to repair it; when he could've easily made it into something far more complicated ... but he didn't ... so he is also Trustworthy ... a trait that is hard to find these days!!!
His company will now be my go-to for any future needs, and if you're looking for an honest, fair business for your heating & a/c needs, you should choose Sanchez too! =)

Highly recommend! Johny came out within 30 min of me calling. My a/c wasn’t working. He came out and diagnosed the issue and had it blowing cold air shortly after. His prices are very reasonable and he even offers free estimates which is rare.

I was awaken last night to frigid temperatures inside our home. Checked the thermostat and it displayed 50 degrees. Turned off the unit for several minutes and it turned on. I then submitted a claim to my warranty company(Choice). Received a call this morning that a technician would arrive soon. Problem was repaired for 2nd floor unit. Soon after the tech departed noticed my 1st floor was clod check the thermostat and it was 60 degrees and nest displaying heating yet it was not. Called the company and the tech said he did not touch the unit. Notified the warranty company for another claim😩 and also began looking for local techs. Found Sanchez Heating A/C called and talked to Mr. Sanchez about my issue. He informed me he was on a call yet would contact me when he was done. He did and came over and identified that my gas valve had been turned off I appreciated him providing me pictures of the valve off then on. He checked the other unit as well and said it’s working properly. He gave me a good tip for running the units during these cold temperatures we are having. I really appreciated his quick response and the extra effort in ensuring both units were working. I will definitely recommend Mr. Sanchez (Sanchez Heating & A/C) to family and friends.

I've known Johnny for a few years now and when our A/C unit went out I knew who to call. Johnny came right over and after inspecting our unit my wife and I decided it was time to upgrade our units, He recommend the Goodman brand. He quoted us a fair price for the unit and installation. Johnny and his crew came over and install both units. His crew was very respectful to us and our property. After they completed their work they ensured they pick up everything that needed to. I recently purchased and moved into a house about a month ago. I had Johnny come out and inspect my HVAC (heat pump) system and do a general maintenance on it to make sure it was good to go. Johnny noticed that there was an issue with the wiring and both the outside and inside unit came on all the time (usually only 1 or the other). He showed me outside how to do basic tests of the system performing and showed me both coming on together simultaneously. We then opened the hood and realized that it was most likely the wiring. The unit is 8 months old, so instead of giving me an offer to fix it, he suggested I contact the realtor to try and get the original installer’s information and have them warranty it.

Not only did he find the problem, but he doesn’t profit off me going to the original installer to get a warranty call. This isn’t going to make him the most profit, however, it makes him a great human being! If the world had more guys with integrity like Johnny it would be a much better place.

Johnny has been my go to A/C guy since my best friend recommended him to me a few years back. He serviced my old unit several times and kept it running. Finally after 23 years the compressor gave out. I had Johnny give me an estimate on a new system and it was a very fair price. Johnny is a man of integrity and won’t try to sell you things you don’t need. Johnny’s crew replaced my A/C system in a timely manner and did a very professional job. I am a big fan of small business support, so when I started having problems with my AC I googled local technicians. And I firmly believe in reading the reviews. After reading the reviews for Sanchez heating and air-conditioning I called Johnny. Best call I ever made. He told me what time he would be there, he was
Prompt, professional, explained to me what was happening with the AC. As it was a Saturday he did what he could and told me he probably would not be able to get the part until Monday. He left and called me 30 minutes later and told me he had found the part, gave me a quote; and I asked him to come right back and do the repair. Five stars. Excellent service. Our AC unit was not cooling and I was lucky to have found John Sanchez. John came and inspected the unit and stated that there was a leak and gave me options. However, my unit was 20 years old and I decided to go ahead and replace it. It took his crew less than 4 hours the next day to remove the old one and install the new one. It was a very professional job. I highly recommend Johnny's service he explains things in a simple manner and explains all options on the table as well as its drawbacks.

Johnny was very prompt with replying to my service inquiry when our A/C unit started to not work well, and came out same day within a couple hours. He figured out quickly that the capacitor was messed up and fixed it then and there! He was very nice and professional! Johnny Sanchez fixed our heater upstairs by replacing a sequencer. Our regular AC tech was busy so, we had to look for someone else who was reasonable and within our budget. He did not only meet these requirements but exceeded our expectations. Johnny was honest and very knowledgeable. He found a new sequencer and replaced the defective one in no time. He did not rely solely on my suggestion, hunch, or suspicion but, he diligently and meticulously diagnosed the issue until he came to the same conclusion. We need more honest and reliable AC and heating techs like him, no question about it.

Johnny was an absolute pleasure to work with! We got in contact with him through our home warranty company and after our warranty company was being extremely slow with responding to our issues, we worked directly with Johnny and he went above and beyond to make sure our issue was fixed and we had our cooling working properly as soon as possible. Our AC went out in the middle of summer and our regular AC guy said he couldn't get to us for 8 days. We called Sanchez and he came out right away and was able to install a new AC unit for us the very next morning, at a very fair price. Then, we asked him this week if he knew anyone who could do some electrical work, and he was actually able to complete 3 projects for us. Johnny was very professional called to follow up and also did a follow up visit to make sure the installation of our new unit was working properly. Our A/C unit was 18 years old. John has been our A/C guy for a few years now so when I called him to come check a problem with our unit he quickly checked it and found we had a major leak in our coil so we decided to go ahead and update since our unit was over 20 years old. John quickly searched and found a unit for us he had his crew come in and remove the old one and install the new one in about 4 hours time they were very professional cleaned up after themselves and hauled away the old unit , we slept cool and comfortable that very night and have since then I highly recommend John's service he will not let you down and will treat you fair.
