After trying other HVAC firms, Johnny is a 'breath of fresh air'. He quickly determines the cause of the failure and suggests the necessary solutions to fix the problem. Always on time. Since then Johnny Sanchez has done ALL of my plenum, duct work, duct insulation, furnace and outdoor compressor installs and maintenance. I trust the condition of my HVAC to none other and recommend you do the very same.

(Feb 15/2021 - snow day) I called to get my heater unit repaired. Johnny showed up promptly and corrected the issue without any problems. He also informed me of a potential issue with the auxiliary drain pan that will need to be replaced soon. Thank you Johnny for your excellent service.

My moms unit stopped working we thought it went out so I googled some air conditioning repair places I came across this company I read the reviews and decided to give them a call I spoke with Johnny he came over right away to take a look at her unit he just unclogged the condensation drain line and Wala it worked a while back she had it serviced by some other company they told her she was going to need a new unit soon so we thought maybe that was the problem until Johnny came to check it out and fixed a small problem he saved her lots of $$$ So I would highly recommend him to anybody he’s a very honest person we’re going to call him for all our air conditioning and heating services we need no need to look for anyone else!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

I informed the person on the phone that my A/C was not working so I set up an appointment and he told me the earliest time he could be at my residence was the next day before noon I agreed so spend the rest of the day and night on the heat just to received a text the next day at almost 10am that said (I'm not going to make it today)........no I'm sorry on the text or at least a phone call, berry unprofessional and inconsiderate. now I have to call a professional company , request an emergency repair, pay tree times the price for emergency repair. all this just for trusting Sanchez Heating & A/C. Don't be me and get the professionals after a little research not only did I find a company with great prices but berry reliable ...Sanchez Heating & A/C, is just NOT WORTH IT.

Johnny is the honest man , his team installed new A/C system to my house : quick and responsibility , and Johnny give me a reasonable price ( compare with the others .) after his team finished , he ; himself; come back and checked up everything . So I can say : " We can TRUST him ! "

I called Sanchez heating and a/c yesterday on the Saturday before Memorial Day asking if he could come look at my AC which had stopped blowing cold during the night. Within 2 hours, Johnny was at my door and had fixed my capacitor in a matter of 30 mins and he did not charge me an outrageous price even though it was a holiday weekend!I def recommend him and we will be using him again!

My a/c went out recently. Johnny came over ASAP and got it taken care of! He was very thorough and explained exactly what was going with my unit. He is the best A/C repairman that has ever serviced my home. If you are in need of a/c repair, contact Johnny!

Called Johnny getting off work at 7pm after the recent storms that knocked the power out in Mesquite. Was very professional and knowledgeable. Got my AC up and running even in the middle of the evening hours. Definitely appreciate him coming out and accessing the problem so quickly 👍

Johnny was able to determine the problem right away and fix it. We had used his service before and were very pleased. So we called on him again and again he was able to make the repair right away. We will continue to use his service and highly recommend him.

I highly recommend Sanchez, heating & A/C. My air conditioner suddenly stopped and I was concerned about being without air conditioning for several days. I called Mr. Sanchez in the morning and he was able to come by that same day afternoon. I was concerned that my ac unit would need to be replaced immediately, but he quickly diagnosed the problem and explained that my unit still had life and I could manage the rest of the summer. He then changed out a defective part and stated that I can close the window! My unit was in business again. He then explained my options for a new unit and a very reasonable quote. I will be having Sanchez Heating & A/C install my new unit this fall

Mr. Sanchez did an outstanding job for me today. My compressor would not even turn on. He was very quick to diagonis the problem and make the necessary repairs.
