This is an awesome family oriented company!!! They installed new insulation on my home and did an amazing job!!! Highly recommended for all your hvac service!!!

Robert and Sons repair my AC system on July 4th when no one else would make time for us!
I was super impressed with their professionalism and response that I had them add spray foam insulation to our attic, boy talk about an improvement! Our electrical bill went from $350 a month range to around $210-$230 range and no more climbing high in the summer.
I highly recommend these guys, they are super awesome to deal with.

Just bought our house which has two air conditioners and furnaces, both are about 20 years old. One A/C unit broke down and couldn't be fixed for a reasonable price, one month later the second unit broke down, this time I called Robert & Sons and Hector came out within 2 hours and repaired the unit but also gently reminded me the unit was very old. The fix was short lived and we needed to replace both air conditioners and furnaces, I quickly received a quote and once we approved it the installers came the next day and worked diligently for two days in the 95' heat to get our units up and running. They succeeded!! These guys were amazing and I'm so happy for the wonderful service they provided. I would highly recommend Robert & Sons A/C & Heating!

They arrived late but, that was nothing compared to the absolutely unacceptable mess they left my house in! (see photos) There was drywall dust all thru the house but the kitchen was covered floor to ceiling!

If the added photo is one of your company vehicles with Robert & Sons painted in black and white...it was, without a doubt your company. It was a home warranty claim and you installed a Lennox system. I added photos of the install that shows the way it was left. Open to the attic with the door that was cut out left outside. I had to staple trash bags over the opening to try and keep the attic heat out of the house. WHO LEAVES AN INSTALL LIKE THIS? NO I WON'T REMOVE MY REVIEW!

This is quiet amazing. You've not made one effort to try and find out who I am or where I live to confirm if you did or did not do my install. I never said the truck and trailer that yes, i pulled from your website, was the actual service vehicle that came to my house. I was just using it as an example of the paint job that was on the pickup that two men (one older and one younger assistant) arrived in to do my install. So unless someone has painted their white truck with your business name and logo and decided to drive around installing Lennox A/C systems for home warranty claims.....It was your company that left my house covered in drywall dust. I was here when they arrived and started the install! It's obvious you were not! PLEASE NOTE THE LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM AND DON'T LET THESE GUYS NEAR YOUR HOME! PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO LOOK AT ALL 10 PHOTOS I'VE ATTACHED. As I said earlier "Who leaves an install like this?"

Amazing experience from the start! Call answered timely, even after normal business hours; follow up call from office about appointment times; tech arrived early, even after being in traffic; thorough explanation of service being provided and awesome technician! Recommend! Thank you!

A very prompt and friendly crew installed my ductless split air conditioner in my garage in my home in Weatherford. The owner even came out. The unit was installed professionally and efficiently. No issues with the unit itself. The price was reasonable They even came back out and changed a small damaged part that was cosmetic. I would recommend this company.

Asked for recommends from friends in the neighborhood. Two of them recommended Lavender. Lavender replaced a blower motor a week ago. Worked for a week and then....ughhh. Called them. They showed up in an hourish. Found a bad wire. Replaced it. No charge. I'm not much for reviews but David has my business. Strong recommend.

I called this company on mothers day,. After I called several companies. I did change my outside Good man AC from HVAC company around 2017 but their phone numbers not working that day.LavendervAc very fast answering their phone just Google and I saw their recommendation when I called . The operator set me the appointment between 9Pm to10 Pm. The Ac man came around 10PM fixed my Ac and contact my warranty department Also gave me mothers day discount.. we Made another appointment for the part. And get it from the company because Ithe part has 5 years warranty wasn't expired. The next day asked them to check my freon . It was low . Came with appointment and filed.my freon.The first Time and the 3rd David came to my house. The second time came idifferent guy . Both are very professional. I do recommend this company 100@%%%%%

David was awesome. We had no heat during a storm. He came out quickly and applied a temporary fix to get us through. He then came back to replace parts and perform a full maintenance. Would recommend and use again!!

Honest and full of such pride and integrity! Arrived less than 24 hours after I asked for help. Diagnosed accurately, had part on truck and we were back and running in under an hour!

Called because my AC went out on a weekend with family/company coming to visit. They came out and fixed the problem in no time at all. I had never used them before but I would certainly use them again. Friendly and knowledgeable!

Great service. The owner is very honest and services/equipment is reasonably priced. Installation crew went over, above and beyond what they had to do to install the system. I highly recommend Lavender Heating and Air!

We arrived home from vacation on a hot Friday night to find our 40+ year old A/C in its death throes. David Lavender came out Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning he installed a temporary solution. By Tuesday night a new system was installed and running. Thanks to David and his courteous and professional team for a job well done.

Bryant and Carlos showed up early. They found the problem quickly, made the repair and now the system is working very well. Cannot say enough about the professionalism of these two service Technicians. Great job Lavender A/C!!!

Don’t even know where to begin. Had a tech come out for what I thought was a tune-up for our furnace. Tech tried to convince us that our whole unit had multiple issues, needed to be replaced, was cheap, on and on and on and when asked if we could even use the heat his response was “at your own risk”. Moving on he told us our ducts were compromised and needed to be replaced because of rats in the attic and that we were breathing in poor air quality. Said we had problems in the crawl space, etc. If it could be wrong, in his eyes, it was wrong. I asked for a write up of all the issues he noticed, had push back about that, tech kept insisting on giving quotes for stuff. He clearly was trying to upsell at every turn. And even though he said “use the heat at your own risk” he felt my number one priority should be replacing the ducts? Never got that write up from him by the way. At the end the tech said there was a miscommunication and he was called out for a “diagnostic call” and not a tune up. Called the office afterwards multiple times and each time said I would get a call back…never got a call back. I’ve since had a reputable DFW HVAC company come out and debunk every issue this Lavender tech said was wrong. The reputable HVAC company tech said our furnace is in great shape, ducts are fine, and showed me and explained why what I was told was wrong in fact wasn’t wrong. I do not recommend Lavender to anyone at all in this area. No clue if it was just this tech or what but it was a really poor experience.

David and his team fixed a few items that I had to have repaired for the sell of my home. They showed up on time, listened to my request and preformed the job without trying to sell me more and without question. The cost was reasonable. I’m working on a new house and have called them first because of his professionalism and knowledge. He and his team are nice guys.
