Lavender A/C has been a great experience so far. David Lavender has shown he is very knowledgeable about the product we purchased and has shared information that helped us make a better decision on what would work best for us. Also, Jennifer in the front office was extremely helpful in getting us financed and processing all the details. Lavender A/C so far has shown they truly care about thier customers and have given exceptional customer service.

We installed new AC units 3 years ago during our house remodel… and we’ve been battling them ever since. The company that originally installed them eventually dropped us and said “we no longer service your area.” I was furious and on the hunt for a new company that was competent.

Enter David Lavender… This man knows what he’s doing. He diagnosed the issue in short order. His price was fair (I researched this ahead of time). He completed the repair efficiently. He’s a man of character and integrity, which was not my experience with several other companies I evaluated prior to meeting him… the difference is stark.

It’s hard to find anyone in the home services industry these days you can actually trust. This is someone you can absolutely trust. I sat with him while he was working and he explained everything to me. This is not a person who will cut corners, and I will not use anyone else in the future.

If you’re shopping solely on price, I probably wouldn’t bother. But if you want peace of mind that the job will be done right and someone who will stand behind their work, then give him a call. Just remember… an honest wage for an honest day’s work.

I've been with Lavender AC for more than 2 years. I've had nothing but great experiences. Easy to schedule and they are always prompt. Technicians do a great job with camera and videos to show inspection and maintenance results. I'm a very happy customer. Update: My upstairs AC would not go on. At first, I thought it was a problem with the smart home thermostat, but ruled that out. I call Lavender AC. Jennifer rearranged the technicians' schedule to have them at my house in less than 30 minutes. The techs were great; figured out the problem quickly and kept me informed step by step. Local, family owned HVAC company with INTEGRITY. The owner, David, came out personally to service my 2 year old mini split in my workshop. It wouldn't turn back on after a storm and it was my first time opening the disconnect box, and I discovered it was the kind with fuses. I was too scared to mess with the electrical stuff and was so grateful he came out the same day I requested service. He tested the fuses and discovered one was blown. He recommended swapping out the disconnect unit for one that doesn't have fuses so that it would be easier to reset if this would occur again. He also suggested putting a surge protector on it to protect the mini split from damage if there were another surge. I am all for making things easier on myself, so I was glad to swap it out and since the unit is newer and wasn't cheap, I figured the small investment in the surge protector was well worth it. I'm so glad to have found an HONEST HVAC company that is not just out to make a buck. He was very kind and didn't mind me nosy-ing around watching what he was doing so I could learn. I'm a single homeowner with very little knowledge on how to repair stuff like this, so I like to absorb what I can so I'm not helpless in situations like this. I don't know that I'd be brave enough to mess with anything electrical, but I like to understand why it stopped working and how to get it running again. They were great, and I definitely recommend them for all your HVAC needs.

Johnny was quick and responsive, along with providing excellent service. He didn’t try to convince us that the problem was bigger than it was, and didn’t try to charge us for services or repairs that we didn’t need.

Johnny was prompt, efficient when he located the part needed, wore a mask, and charged reasonably. He also gave us free advice on a future maintenance need.
