Through my home warranty this company called me. I spoke to Diana in the office and she was so sweet and accommodating. Then today Hector came, and within a few minutes took care of my issue with professionalism and kindness. I don’t remember having a greater experience with a company, than Robert & Sons.

We had Nick from Robert & Sons come out this week after hours to help us with our AC unit not cooling. He was efficient and was able to get the problem resolved quickly. The repairs were minor but reflective of the company before them who made careless errors and didn’t complete their job correctly leaving us with cooling issues. Nick with Robert & Sons fixed it up and our house is back to being cool right before summer hits. Thank you!!

This company came on a call from my home warranty company and told me I needed a whole new unit. That cost $4,800 and then I find out my original unit was only 4 years old and still under warranty. They will not acknowledge they did anything wrong. This was an unnecessary expense that I didn’t need since my house had flooded the week before. I should have gotten a second opinion but I trusted them.

I cannot say enough good things about these guys, from the receptionist, to the techs, to the management, and so on. I was in dire straights with having to sell my home and suddenly we had a complete disaster with our entire ac going out right after selling. These guys went way above and beyond to get my system delivered and installed and even came on a Saturday to get it done. I will never use anyone else to fix anything in my home, ever! Thank you for everything guys, you're a household name in my house forever.

Our AC went out, and we submitted a claim with our home warranty company. I get nervous when we submit the claims, as you never know what you will get. I've gotten companies with one star before. So I was very happy when I saw we were assigned to Robert and Sons, as the company had so many good reviews.

Hector came to our home and he was very kind, professional, and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem quickly, explained it thoroughly, and told me what could happen if it was not fixed. He knew it was not covered under home warranty because of his experiences, but still called to verify for us, which I really appreciated.

My Father in Law owns a Heating and Air company in Illinois and could not come down to help us. Hector explained what he was doing to him for me, and he trusted Hector's opinion.

Hector worked efficiently and diligently. He did a great job, and told me he took care of it like his own home, and I believe it. He truly believes in good customer service, and I told him if anything else happens we will request his company, and him again. We really appreciate Hector and Robert and Sons.

Mr Hector was amazing. Why? He was able to fit us in a day early to fix our AC. It was such a blessing because we were suffering in the Texas heat and we thought it was going to be one more day of humidity in our house. So it was a Friday and he was Able to quickly diagnose the AC Unit and was able to fix in less than 10 minutes! There were no hassle with the Warranty company and we had air and Happiness for just a service call! Thanks Hector, you were the first to get it right without the heckling!

Hector was very efficient at diagnosing and fixing my A/C issue. I needed a blower motor and he had the part on his truck. A lot of companies would have had to order the motor and come back. I was very impressed with Hector.

Update: Robert & Sons has serviced both my HVAC units for at least two summers. To be fair, the beginning of our business relationship was positive. Robert and his team were collaborative and worked with my warrenty company to find solutions that benefited everyone and I felt he did a great job communicating prioritizing and diagnosing.
However, during my last claim with his company, I was extremely disappointed by what I perceived as a shift in approach. Robert had to complete the same exact work he did on my first unit on my second but this time he recommended replacing components that, according to his own diagnostics, were still in excellent working condition. Things that come to mind are a $200 water pan and a $150 float switch. Things he didn’t recommend to replace on the first unit. His excuse was for him to do the work, even though the items were good, he needed to replace them at my expense not the warrenty company. This felt excessive, greedy and unnecessary and ultimately led to the end of our business relationship. It isn’t important to treat loyal customers with integrity and fairness. Taking advantage of those who support your business not only damages trust, but also undermines long-term relationships. My advice to customers is ask questions, verify pricing & review your receipt throughly!

Hector was the Technician sent to check the problem with my AC. He rang my doorbell and was greeted with a great smile and the most beautiful personality. He checked the AC explained to me what the problem was and what he was doing to fix it. He was very willing to answer all my questions and concerns. Hector is the best and a great asset to Robert & Sons A/C & Heating.

My home warranty company assigned Robert & Sons to look at my AC after the first company they assigned couldn’t fix the issue. I received a call the same day to schedule an appointment and they were able to get me in the next morning! I’ve used home warranty for years and struggle to get appointments so quickly so this made an amazing first impression for me. Hector came out and was so nice and professional. He very quickly identified the issue and gave me a solution for repairs. I was in a hurry that morning but Hector didn’t miss a beat. He quickly worked out the estimate and gave me a fair quote. He had everything needed to fix the issue including the new drip pan and sensors for my unit. He was in and out so quickly and I have not seen a drop of water leaking since he left. I am truly one happy and relieved customer. Thank you Robert & Sons! Would definitely recommend.

The motor on the fan went out. Hector did a great job on the original analysis to determine it was the motor. Customer Service sets the appointment and she calls or the serviceman calls to let you know when they will be there. Customer Service is great.

Hector was fantastic. He installed the motor inside the squirrel cage (fan unit) and was on time per the phone call. Completed the job in a very efficient manner. Wore covers over his shoes to keep the house clean. I highly recommend Hector to repair your furnace and I will ask for him again. A+, 5 Stars

I really appreciate all the help they provided!! It was really easy to set up an appointment and figure out what was going on with my unit. They gave me options on how to deal fix it and it was honestly such an amazing experience!

I called Robert & Sons for a insulation quote and they gave me a really good price and had more to offer than the other quotes they came back the next day and insulated my home and sealed all my ducts and hvac system very professional, clean and explained the whole process

Robert and Sons is a great company. Robert always under promises and over delivers. Robert cares about his team and helped me out more than anybody should have. I did not have enough to fix my air conditioner. Once I told him I can pay in 2 payments. He agreed with the work. The tech Tom had my house cooled down in 2 hours.

Robert and sons did a amazing job with installing our new ac unit and putting in our new spray foam after doing all of this it is now mandatory to wear a jacket inside while it’s 100 outside
