Is there enough room to say great things about Dave Lavender? We had an AC emergency and he was out so quickly. He went over everything thoroughly and fixed our AC quickly. HONEST. On Time. Courteous. AND KNOWS HIS STUFF. I'd trust him with a key to our house!!

They are THE BEST! Came out immediately, and did a temporary fix, then came back the next day and completed the work. Also checked to make sure the part was not still under warranty. We would’ve never thought of that and they could’ve just replaced it and charged us. Very honest.

Had great neighborhood recommendations so we chose them for service. Honestly it's been a mistake and a nightmare choosing them. They never billed us and then when we called in to pay our bill, it was double what we expected. They said the tech would call us but it's been a week of struggling to get them to explain the charges and actually send us a bill. We're honest customers just trying to pay our bill. If you go with them, make sure your tech gives you the costs up front so you aren't charged for more than what you agree to. Nothing was ever discussed with us and we can't get them to return a phone call to us and it's been more than 3 weeks and 7+ phone calls trying to speak with someone with no answers or even an actual bill. Honestly we should be happy since apparently we don't owe anything 🤦

So it's January, it's really cold and our furnace decides to stop working. Lavender put us on their schedule and came out the same day. I was given a clear explanation of what happened and how this issue was to be fixed. They also warned me of some issues that I should look out for when spring comes around. They fixed the furnace and our house is warm again. 5 stars for prompt and effective service.

Great Service my furnace went out had another company who tried to tell me it was something totally different and never really got back with me. This company responded quickly professionally I called and they on a Friday evening were here on Saturday morning. They were able to replace the parts that were needed. I would recommend them. Lavender was very good to work with and communicated very well. I trust them, they didn’t just try to sell me a new unit. The service technicians seemed knowledgeable and very courteous.

We were referred to Lavender by a neighbor who had a great experience. They are extremely responsive, come when they say they will, and do great work. They are honest and upfront and don’t try to sell you things you don’t need. I highly recommend them!

At first I thought the people at Lavender did a quality job. Friendly staff and the owners are responsive. Now that we have owned our system for a few years my opinion has changed greatly about the service I received.
Some examples are:
The air intake that was installed was not large enough for the air handler to function at it's best. This results in the ac unit shutting off on hot days during the summer.
When the ducting and blower was installed there was no consideration to leave access to the majority of my completely floored attic.
When installing the new blower Lavender vented the heating exhaust by taping a 4" pipe to a 6" single walled pipe (should have been a double walled pipe) which resulted in burning our roof around the exit hole. A massive fire hazard.
The condenser was wired improperly. The "starter" for the condenser is supposed to run at 40amp and is currently and has been running at 33amps. This severely removes years from the condensers life.
I paid $120 for a tech to come clean the condenser. With the unit I have this requires removing the shell and the fan in order to gain access to the inside of the unit. The tech simply sprayed the outside of the unit with a water hose. This was proven true when another tech from another AC company went to clean the unit and informed us that the unit had never been cleaned on the inside.
All of this has resulted in over $3000 of fixes. Not repairs but FIXES to make the install correct.
I would suggest looking elsewhere when considering an AC unit install or even repairs.
