Shawn is the best around! He is so knowledgeable in all aspects of his job. Always so helpful and aims to fix the issue the first time! Very friendly and has great customer service. I’ve been happy to work with Shawn for the last 5+ years and never been dissatisfied!

Customer service and accounting is absolutely the worst I've dealt with, and that's saying alot. Attempted to set this company up as an approved vendor and after explaining THREE times that the building we are in REQUIRES an approved COI on file before they cam step foot in the building was told they don't provide COI's until service is needed. No thank you.

I won't even to into detail about the person that answers the phone. This had to gave been her first day.

I am a commercial Building Engineer in Richardson TX, The customer service team at RSI has been Amazing. Nicole Bond has been working with me on streamlining business operations with my tenants at my building. She is professional, listens to the issue, and resolves it in a timely manner. Also, I want to say the service technicians are solid and professional every-time they are on site. Thank you, Nicole and RSI, for being a great Vendor for Transwestern!

I put in a ton of work orders with RSI and CES. Their repair techs are always very nice and work really hard to fix problems. They get dispatched quickly so problems are handled often next day. Specifically I want to shout out Mike Samuel, Alvie Lindley, Marco Salazar, Adrian Zaragoza, and Gene. These gentlemen have kept our food services department running. I really appreciate yall.

Please let your drivers know that it is NOT OK to drive erratically in the company vehicle! A guy almost ran me and two other drivers off the road today on highway 80! I will be making a police report regarding the incident as well

The receptionist was rude and barely gives you time to respond to her questions before she cuts you off. The tech showed up an hour outside of the 4 hour window, charged 85.00 just to tell me to add foam blocks to the back of the refrigerator.

He was very professional and very knowledgeable once the dryer was fixed it the dryer wouldn’t come on he immediately tested my outlet and let me know something was wrong with the outlet I called maintenance and they blamed it out him he immediately came back out and spoke to maintenance long story short he did he his job correctly and my apartments had faulty wiring that they had to fix…so I highly recommend him.

I love how professional and knowledgeable the technician was. Not only did he repair my washer but he didn’t leave a mess behind. I would definitely recommend the company if you live in the DFW area. Definitely a 10 out 10 and I would use them again!!!!!
