Reviews of local pros in Midlothian, Texas

Unfortunately there are no stars in red and I have to leave at least one for the review. This company is a service provider for a very large company that came of age approximately a century ago.
I want to think that Newcomer LLC Plumbing does not want to lose contracts with that company because I don't see any other reason why they have come maybe 5 times, they see the problem that is not small and they go and report it to that company. That company sends me emails to tell me that Newcomer LLC plumbing mentioned that everything was in order and that there is no problem this therefore saves them a considerable expense. Somehow this makes it seem like politically speaking they did "THE RIGHT THING" Although as always only in theory because the problem is getting worse. And the question is.... What can we do, those responsible people who are aware of the payment they demand every month and who are within their rights, but you have no guarantee that they will attend to you...When are you not worthy of being seen as a person and not just as a business? This is really frustrating because as I mentioned, it is not just once or twice and it makes me think that they are conspiring to obtain profit with the least possible loss at the expense of the tenants.
I don't do this with the intention of upsetting anyone, but out of dignity so that before you make the decision you look at more options, It is good to consider that the fruit of your work goes into the hands of decent and professional people. I tried to upload images but for some strange reason... I couldn't.
I sincerely hope Newcomer LLC Plumbing reconsiders its course of action for the blessing of its business and the satisfaction of its customers.
Note: In theory, anyone can claim to be excellent; practice is what makes the difference. Don't throw away your money. The worker is worthy of of his salary . Blessings!🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Jody and Tony were a huge help and very professional and kind. They were very efficient and very nice when servicing my kitchen sink. I would suggest using not only Newcomer Plumbing, but requesting Jody and Tony if possible to do your service. Great company and great people!

Reliable, professional, and trustworthy. Newcomer Plumbing did an excellent job and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.

Newcomer plumbing was very prompt answering our call. They were able to come the next day and repair and descale our tankless water heater which meant only one night with no hot water.

Fantastic! Newcomer re-routed and installed 150 feet of new pipe from the kitchen drain around the house and to the septic tank bypassing the old cast iron under the slab. They added a new industrial in-ground sump pump with rewire and clean outs. The dig crew finished in one day, the repair completed the next. A job well done and completely thorough!

Newcomer Plumbing is the absolute best! They are always quick to respond and always honest & trustworthy!!! I recommend them to anyone looking for a plumber.

"We called Newcomer Plumbing to detect a leak, and their team—specifically Brock, Kylar, and Anthony—was outstanding. They were young, highly knowledgeable, and I was especially impressed by their professional communication with one another. I would highly recommend them to everyone!"

I had a great experience with Newcomer Plumbing! They came out to do new plumbing for a new island on a concrete slab and were incredibly knowledgeable—offering great advice throughout the process. The team was professional, friendly, and made sure everything was cleaned up perfectly before they left. I’ll definitely be calling them again for future projects!

Newcomer plumbing service was excellent. Pricing was no match for the competitors, quick in and out for repairs. Friendly technicians very knowledgeable. Tony and Jody, the best.

Highly recommend Newcomer Plumbing! They were professional, arrived on time, and got the job done quickly without any hidden fees. It’s great to have a reliable local plumber in Midlothian. I’ll definitely be calling them again for any future issues.

I use this company to schedule plumbing issues with rental homes in the DFW area. They are very impressive on how quickly they respond and take care of our work orders. Reasonably priced and friendly all around. I have worked with tons of contractors over the years and Newcomer is hands down the most organized and proficient. Keep up the good work!

We have used Newcomer plumbing for a variety of needs and they have been fantastic every time. Quick response, polite, professional and always able to fix our issues quickly. We have referred them to friends, family and neighbors who have all been happy with their work as well.

Great and fast service. Hunter was extremely knowledgeable and found issue and solved immediately.

Options Plumbing is the best plumbing company I have ever used! They are family owned and operated…Chance came out this past Friday night after hours and fixed a problem…Don came Sunday night for an entirely different problem…and today…Brian, Justin, Don and Chance all came when one of my pipes burst! I cannot recommend them enough!

The entire process from web request to appointment scheduling to job fulfillment was seamless and refreshing.
Hunter is a great ambassador, efficient and very knowledgable.
Will definitely use again!

Excellent service Chance installed a new kitchen sink and faucet for use. He is detail oriented showing care and precision to resize the counter top so new sink fit. He also talked and explained to use through out the time of his time so we knew exactly what was taking place. We will definitely reach out to Options Plumbing in the future for our plumbing needs.

Alex came late in the day and repaired a water line break. He was extremely friendly and professional. My experience was very satisfactory and I would highly recommend Alex and Options Plumbing.

I spoke to a man named trent whom i was just trying to get a little info from. He went above and beyond and was very professional as well as informational.

Fixed a leak for us today! They were speedy, professional, and helped explain why the leak happened and how to prevent future leak issues.
