I usually don’t write reviews but this is the worst service I’ve ever gotten. The plumber arrived at 9:25am and I got a payment receipt through email at 10:23am which had $87 more than what I was initially told. I called the office and whichever lady they had there started by saying the plumber was here for 2 and a half hours and there was nothing they could do about it. Next thing before I know it she said they were here for 2 hours. This was not about the money, but more about honesty and making sure you’re treating your customers right!

Sold our home and our agent recommended them. Used them to complete plumbing requests for our home sale. We used them a second time for plumbing problems at the home we moved into. Did a great job and fixed a problem that had been repaired in the past incorrectly. Five stars. Would use them again and would recommend them to a friend.

Before yesterday I have had Freedom Plumbing out to my house a few times over this past 4 year and thought the owner (Trent) was a nice and honest guy. However, over the weekend I had a small leak begin right by my water meter and had a completely different experience with them.

I called Freedom on Sunday and left a message about my leak. The next day I received a call back from his secretary and she told me that the first time they could come out was Wednesday morning. I asked her if she thought it was okay that I leave a leak sitting like that until then and she said considering the size of the leak that it would be fine. I wasn't a big fan of this, but I had used them before and I prefer to be consistent with the people I use.

When Trent and his helper arrived on Wednesday morning I went outside and showed them the problem I was having and the helper immediately began digging the hole to perform the repair with no mention of how much the repair would cost. I made the mistake of not asking for an estimate of the cost because I had used Trent before and did not expect to be gouged.

About 45 minutes later, I went outside and told Trent that I had to get to work and asked if I could give him my credit card information. He immediately pulled out his book and informed me that the repair would cost $567.50. I thought this sounded high, but I made my second mistake by going ahead and paying under the assumption that the repair would take longer than I assumed.

After talking to a plumber from my home town, I was informed that this price seemed grossly overpriced for the amount of time such a job should take. I called Trent to discuss the job and the cost and was not given any consideration. Trent informed me that the job took "about 2 hours", which would amount to $284 an hour by my math. I asked Trent what his hourly rate is and he said he fixes this type of leak on a fixed price instead of hourly, but that his normal rate is $175 an hour.

I questioned why I was paying $284 an hour when his standard rates was $175 and was literally told that I would not be complaining had my job of taken 5+ hours. Well my job did not take 5 plus hours, it took less than half that time. Trent began to back track and tell me the 2 hours he told me earlier in our conversation did not include other activities and that he really spent "probably 3 hours" at my house.

In the end, Trent was unwilling to budge at all, even for a customer who has used him multiple times in the past on a job that he even admitted to charging me significantly higher than his standard rate. And I learned to always get a price on a service no matter your past experiences with a company.

After a recent bad experience with another plumbing company for a separate issue, I called Freedom Plumbing based off these reviews. They can out on a cold, rainy day to fix an outdoor issue to get us back up and running. I felt the cost was reasonable. The person that came out was very nice and polite.

I recently had a backed-up commode in my house and 2 gentlemen showed up on time the appointed day early during the appointed time frame. They were courteous and professional, and handled the job rather quickly. The process was easy and the price was as quoted. Well they came out and cleaned out a sewer clog 2 weeks ago. They are back today and I am told they do NOT have the equipment to do more than that. I really didnt want tonuse one of the "big guys" I prefer to work with the local companies, however, They cannot tell me anything more so now they want to charge me another $100 AND I have to find someone who is actually equipped to fix it. Call them for simple stuff but they can't handle the big repairs. They are very nice when they come out, They just apparently are not equipped with a camera to diagnose what's wrong.

Edit after reply-- I understand that the clog removal was discounted. I put in there exactly how much I was charged. I was charged about $175 for the first clean out. What I didn't put in the review is that the cap to the cleanout was left off after the first visit. I understand the camera is a big investment just would have been nice to know when I called that I would need someone else. As I also stated the folks were nice and did arrive within the time allotment. The website says "sewer repair" but that should be amended to simple sewer clogs.

DJM has done work on our house numerous times. They always have a solution, don't price gouge, are professional, and stick to their promised schedule. Thank you DJM!!!!

I had an emergency leak with a river running down the street, and DJM Plumbing was the only plumber that cared enough to rearrange their schedule, and come out to fix the problem. They are affordable, professional, and accommodating! I wish more plumbers were this flexible and considerate. Thanks DJM!

Over the past 7 years DJM have tackled many projects for us, the most recent being a new water heater installation. We have referred them to family and friends for any plumbing needs. They continue to provide excellent communication and service. It is a great relief that we never have to worry who to call when I have a plumbing need.

DJM replaced my garbage disposal. DJM showed up on time, got the job done quickly and charged a reasonable price. I was very pleased.

DJM Plumbing did a great job replacing our kitchen faucet. Same day service. They actually called to say they could come earlier than originally scheduled. Job was completed in courteous, professional, very timely manner. Towels were placed to protect our cabinet and flooring. Time was taken to clean mineral buildup prior to setting new faucet. Everything was left clean. Pricing was fair. We are a Military family and received that discount as well. Loved that they are a local business. Highly recommend DJM Plumbing. We will definitely be a repeat customer!

Our first experience was with the install of a Lowe's water heater. They did a great job and the inspector commented that you can't lose with DJM Plumbing. So when we needed a repair, we gave them a call. Repair was expeditious, excellent quality, and at a reasonable price. The plumber, Caesar, also discovered that the source of the leak was much more accessible than I anticipated, and repaired the simple leak rather than claiming something more serious--i.e. he demonstrated integrity. Not surprising, just notable.

We had a water heater replaced yesterday. I called at 8AM on a Monday and within a few minutes was told that the crew would be out that afternoon. I was called again around 1 to be notified they would be there within 45 minutes. They were. The replacement went very smooth, the work is very professional. I knew when they pulled up they would do a great job simply by seeing how organized their work van was. It was spotless and every part/piece was organized in bins. David and his guys are all around good people. I truly appreciate the communication and that DJM did exactly what they said they were going to do, when they said they would do it. Highly recommended.
