Jason was quick to come out and diagnose the issue. His repair was better than the initial install (done by someone else). I’ll only trust Jason with my plumbing repairs moving forward and highly recommend his service.

Our kitchen sink was stopped up as well as a pipe behind our washer. I called HC Edwards on a Thursday after 5p. They answered promptly and said he would be there early afternoon on Friday. He arrived when he said he would and located and corrected our issue. We have used HC Edwards several times in the past. They provode excellent on time service. Very friendly as well. I would highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs!!

These guys are very honest and upfront. I had some leaky hose bibs that needed replacing and Jason was upfront with me and told me that he could do it but that this was a very easy repair to do and walked me through the steps. He took time to explain how to remove them and the precautions to take all to save me some money. These are the types of contractors that you want! I will definitely be using them in the future!

We have had several plumbers come and go and give us temporary fixes, this time Jason worked the issue until he found the true problem! Stuck with it and it was so nice to do the dishes tonight with no backup! 10/10 will recommend to anyone needing help with their plumbing. So pleasant and easy to work with.

He gave us a solution that he said he would use for his home, which was cheaper than what we initially thought needed to be done. He is fair. I was in over my head with a leaking shut off valve and a clog that was further along than my snake could reach. Jason came out on a Saturday, got here when he said he would, and hand me fixed up in a couple of hours. He was super nice, respectful, and professional. So grateful for his help!

It’s very hard to find a good plumber who is not only reliable but is upfront about cost and great at communicating with you. Jason not only answered my call late in the day on a Friday but he was able to quickly get me on the schedule and got the job done. Will definitely use him again.

Jason is extremely rude and has poor customer service. We called him about a drain issue that he had worked on about 2 months ago. We called him again and he kept giving dates but wouldn’t show, and was extremely rude about it. Poor customer service and 10/10 would not recommend. He doesn’t care about how he talks to people which is not professional. Also, please do a thorough job of comparing prices because he is extremely over-priced.

Whoever is speaking for you Jason obviously wasn’t around when we spoke on the phone today. Regardless of you showing up or not, and regardless of the miscommunication, you were rude to my grandmother on the phone and rude to me when we spoke today. I was nice to you despite your aggressive tone because the goal was for me to try to get the issue resolved which you were clearly unwilling to assist with. You have no respect, and you are unprofessional. This so called “courtesy” he extends seems very selective. But rest assured your services are not needed here.

We had some sudden plumbing issues happening at our house today. H.C. Edwards came over within an hour, diagnosed the problem, and fixed in hardly no time. They were extremely professional and kind. Also very affordable! We will definitely be reaching out to H.C. Edwards if we ever have any plumbing issues again and I cannot recommend them enough. I am especially grateful they were able to resolve this before the holidays! I wish the team there the happiest of holidays and thank them so much again!

Jason helped us with a tiny leak in our backyard, at the pipe for our water hose and also installed our new kitchen faucet while he was here. He and his son are both very nice. We appreciate their quick response for the leak, even though it was not an emergency. We would definitely use them again.

I called early in the morning to leave a voicemail about a water leak in my front yard and other minor leaks in my bathrooms, and received a callback shortly after business hours began. Although I was initially told they wouldn’t be able to come until the next day, they managed to rearrange their schedule and fit me in later that morning.
