I have used this company 3 times for services at my house. Twice they fixed exactly what I needed and the 3rd time they gave me an estimate and told me what they could and could not do. Every interaction has been excellent.

I called Midlothian Plumbing this morning and they were out in two hours to service the issue. I was shocked they could come out the same day. They were on time , friendly, and very professional. Tim and Dusty fixed the issue in a matter of minutes. And explained to me what the issue was that caused the problem. The service fee was very reasonable. I would highly recommend them and I will be using them on any future plumbing needs.

Excellent service! I called on Friday and had service on Tuesday. The plumber was right on time and tended to my repair with great attention to speed and success. Best priced, and I felt as if I was valued as a customer. He even talked me out of a modification I thought I needed. They are now my plumbers forever.

Joseph Will and Tyler went above and beyond to service our issues! Very professional! Very courteous and in a timely manner! Two water heaters replaced same day issues were found at the best rate I could find ! Very much appreciated as we were headed out of town early the next morning! We’ve always had the best service with this company!!!!!!!

When our water heater went out, I asked around for some recommendations for a good local plumber. Everyone I asked pointed me to Midlothian Plumbing, and now I can see why. Will, Tyler, and Joseph did a great job and were professional, courteous, and worked as quickly as they could without sacrificing quality to get the job done right. Thanks again guys!

Tommy & Tyler from Midlothian Plumbing were awesome! They called ahead to let us know that they were on the way. They got here when promised. They understood our concerns and promptly fixed the issues.

Very nice and friendly! They came out to connect my garage refrigerator to a water source so the ice maker would work, and found I had an issue with my water heater. It apparently had been leaking for a long time and I had no idea. Fortunately they noticed and fixed it at a very decent price! They were fast and professional! I will definitely use them again!

Will,Tyler and Joe fixed leak under house and replaced faucet in kitchen today. They were very nice and professional would definitely use them again thanks for the great work.

3/5/23 Had to have gas hot water heater replaced Today. Called midlothian plumbing they were here in 2 hours gave me the price and were finished in 2 hours. Will, Tyler and joe did another great job and as always kind and professional. Thanks again for fixing my plumbing problem so quick. Would not use anyone else thanks so much rick b.

I don't post reviews often, but when you receive great service for a good price it is worth posting. We shopped around for a new water heater, Midlothian Plumbing gave us a bid, which after comparing with other offers, we decided to go with Midlothian Plumbing. They showed up on time, communicated throughout the process and was spot on with the original quote they gave us. We were very impressed with their service and would not hesitate in recommending them to others.

Will, Tyler, and Joe replaced our water heater today. They arrived a few minutes early and did a very nice job. Very efficient. Done in an hour and left everything clean. Will definitely use them again.

I needed a new outdoor faucet in my backyard and, after calling a company that was highly recommended and being stood up three different times, I decided to find someone myself. We noticed our dishwasher was leaking at 9:30am. They were at my home by 11:30am and had the problem fixed within 2 hours!
Their pricing is competitive and customer service from the office to the technicians was amazing.
Highly recommend!

Midlothian Plumbing worked us in on the same day to come and fix our water heater that went out that morning. They also fixed a leaking toilet while they were here. They were professional, personable, and reasonably priced. We will use them again if need arises and recommend them to others.

Called this company back in April because our drain was backing up behind washer. They came out and cleaned pipes and said if it happens again, we might consider getting larger drain pipe for washer box and gave a rough estimate for that. Our drain was back to backing up after a few months so we saved and contacted them again to come out and give an estimate on larger pipes. They came out and was told we didnt need a larger pipe just needed a better clearing. Same job, same amount of time as last time but charged a $100 more. The guys were nice but I paid 189 before and was charged 289 this time for same job. I contacted office about this was told they dont have a warranty on drain cleanings. In 6 months, I have to have them return to do same thing and charge more? Very disappointed.

William and Tyler did a fantastic job repairing my leaky tub faucet. They’re super nice guys, always had open communication with me about what was going on and what they were doing. They made me feel very at ease with the situation. I highly recommend these guys and they will for sure be my go-to guys for any other plumbing issues I may have.

Guys were nice and professional. Even took their shoes off coming in on my white carpet. Loved to see the consideration the workers had for that. Overall fixed my problem nice and quick. Can't speak on pricing as i didn't really shop around, but I'd imagine they're competitive with anyone else out there nowadays short of you just doing the work yourself. Great experience with them overall.

Replaced my 50 gallon electric water heater with a 80 gallon electric water heater. Fast, friendly, fair!

Tommy and Will busted out the concrete to install a drain and then did an INCREDIBLE job installing our new tub and faucet. I highly recommend Midlothian Plumbing.

Our water heater was leaking. I called and spoke with Angela (very nice lady) late Thursday evening. She said William and Tyler were available Friday morning between 0830-0900. Tyler called Friday morning to give a "heads up" with arrival within 30 minutes. 30 minutes later, there's a knock on the door. Nice... on time. First thing they were taking off their shoes (didn't ask them to do that). Long story short: replaced the warrantied water heater. Went into the attic to make sure it was vented properly. Vacuumed as they worked and replaced what needed to be replaced. Excellent copper pipe work. I highly recommend Midlothian Plumbing. Also, asked them to bid on propane line work... you guessed it, they will be back to do that work for us as well.

Midlothian Plumbing is the real deal! Will and Tyler helped fix a plumbing issue we had and they were fast to show up, fast asses the situation in its entirety, they had the equipment and parts needed to complete the job, and they CARED about us and our situation. I will never use another plumbing company. Midlothian will be our primary go to plumbing company and the only one I’ll recommend. 10 out of 10!!
