I don't leave many reviews, but I had just had to for Midlothian Plumbing. I can't say enough good things about Will and Tyler! My husband was out of town, and I was completely overwhelmed when water just started pouring from nowhere. Every time we thought we had it under control, something else would happen. They jumped right in—not just fixing the problems, but also helping me clean up and keeping me from losing my mind in the process. While the freeze didn’t cause our plumbing issues, it definitely made everything worse, and they handled it all with patience, skill, and a great attitude. Big emergency jobs are never cheap, but they were fair, upfront, and had everything they needed to get things fixed right away. They even pulled out a shop vac and gave me tips for cleanup. Honestly, they turned what could have been a total disaster into something manageable, and I am beyond grateful. Highly recommend!

Best plumbers in Midlothian, had a problem with a drain, these guys showed up when they said they would, very friendly and polite. The job was not easy but they took care of it quickly and professionally. Highly recommend Midlothian Plumbing!! Sorry I don’t remember the guys that came out, but they are awesome!!

I want to thank William and Tyler for doing an excellent job on my plumbing repairs! After calling Midlothian Plumbing they came out the same day and took care of 2 outside faucets and a tub. They were very professional, friendly and got the job done quickly. They explained the problems and how they were going to repair them before they did the work. Appreciate the great service!

Had Tyler and William to fix a toilet and handles for a bath. I will certainly be using Midlothian Plumbing again. They made sure to solve an additional issue that popped up with ease and were efficient in solving my problems.

Great service. The water department said we had a continuous leak and I was unable to correct after changing out most of the hardware to our kids toilet. We called this team and they came out the same day, found the issue and installed the new toilet by the next morning.

I'm writing this review as Tyler install our new faucet. The moment I spoke with Angela who was very forth coming with the price quote, I was all inn. Tyler showed up on time, positive attitude, and professional. I'm old school, I still believe you should get what you pay for.
Midlothian plumbing delivered on all cylinders. We needed some additional work done so we paid slightly extra. However it was worth it. No sale pitch and plenty options provided. Simply put THANK YOU!!!!!

Jonathan was exceptional to work with. He called to ask if he could arrive earlier than the scheduled time. He arrived exactly at the time he stated. He carefully listened as I explained my issue and was able to complete my request! I was most pleased with his professionalism and expertise! Joshua and Will were very professional and kept us up to date on everything that they were doing related to the replacement of our 16 year old hot water heater. Joshua explained everything very clearly and answered all of our questions. Will was very helpful in explaining how hybrid hot water heaters work (even though we did not request a hybrid hot water heater.)

We are very satisfied with the work performed and will not have a problem calling on Dial One Johnson Plumbing, Heating and AC Repair in the future.

Jonathan H. was everything you ask for in a repair person. He was here promptly, he repaired our sink efficiently and showed me all the work when it was completed. I recommend Dial 1.

Adam came and checked it all out. Everything is A-OK. Just routine seasonal maintenance. He is a fine gentleman and gets right to it.

We contacted this company about the kitchen sink. Joshua found the cause of the issue it was a leak under the house. We are so thankful. If he hadn’t taken the time to solve the hot water issue he wouldn’t have found the main cause a hot water leak under the house. Both men were polite and did there best to protect our hard wood floors by wearing covers over their shoes and they didn’t leave a mess.Thanks again Dial One.

Professional, efficient, and will discuss the options with you. Michael was very good and informative !! These guys are not the craigslist special. I also like that they don’t charger per hour like most plumbers do. The prices are fair and even though they aren’t the cheapest their quality speaks for itself !

I love Dial One Johnson Plumbing. If you want a job done correctly they are the people to go to. I have had several things repaired by them in my 40 yr old house and the repairs last and are done correctly. I recently signed up for care program and had my first plumbing inspection. Travis found a few small issues that will need attention in the next year. He also explained about the water heater which is getting old. This helps me know what to expect and to budget for it as well.
