There's never a good time for the AC to go out. Especially during the middle of summer. Dial One Johnson was right on time. Quick, clean and efficient. When you feel that cold air coming thru, you know you've call the right ones. Thank you.

Ashley answered the phone in a very friendly manner and put me on the emergency list in case they had an opening on the same day.
They did and came in the afternoon. James, the technician, was very professional and quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me the options. He answered all my questions with a smile and quickly fixed my problem.
Overall it was a very pleasant experience.

Amazing service, and they were able to get to my service call in 24 hours. Very honest team. I thought I needed a jetter snake service that was $700 more than what I actually needed. Stephen let me know he wanted to try and save me money and by doing something else first which worked! That type of honesty is so incredibly appreciated. DialOne is the only service company I will ever use.

Always a great customer service experience.especially with our animals lol. Each technician is so friendly and knowledgeable. No one wants to hear they have a problem. Today they got us right onto the schedule and Joe explained everything in a way that makes sense. And hopefully keeps us comfortable in our home and keeps all the equipment in proper working order. Ashley always picks up the phone and is so great! She definitely makes us smile! Keep up the good work.

Once we got over the price shock (inflation). It was quick and efficient. Emmet was quick to response and helpful. I have been using another local firm, but a second service charge in 2 weeks cause me to search for another firm. I am glad that I did.

Have used them for 7 years and never have I been unhappy with the quality of work. they take the time to explain and/or show me things. Give me helpful opinions and advice but never push an agenda. Polite and they always cover their shoes!
