Fantastic, professional service at fair prices. Nobody likes to deal with a broke down AC in August in Texas, but if you have to, call these guys. Definitely felt all three techs I dealt with were super knowledgeable and honest. Glad I used Hardin Heating and Air and will definitely continue to call them when I have AC issues.

Called Hardin A/C soon as they opened, I was told maybe by noon for the service. Explained I work nights and sleep during the day, they switched up there schedule and fixed my A/c before 9AM. Awesome job to the Hardin company. Great prices, definitely recommend and now they will be my go to heating and air company. Almost forgot to mention the customer service woman was most definitely awesome at her job just as well as the tech’s

Very responsive and professional service. They got a tech out to our house and fixed the problem in a very timely manner! Hardin put a new HVAC in our house a couple of years ago and I wouldn't use anyone else.

I highly recommend this company. I hired Hardin to give me an independent inspection of my system during an insurance claim due to conflicting information from 2 other hvac companies. Blake came and made an assessment of the unit and taught me all about the problems and the solutions, which made alot more sense than what the other companies had told me. These folks really know their stuff!

If you live near Midlothian and you are not using Hardin, you are making bad life choices. Their customer service is far above and beyond anything else I have seen. Their staff are extremely polite and professional. Ms. Wendy is absolutely amazing with getting you scheduled in and Mr. Tim is a man of his word. This company deserves your business because, above everything else, they will ensure that a job is completed to the best of their ability and they stand by their work. I have been a customer of theirs for over a year and will continue to do so for a very long time. My entire HVAC system needed to be replaced recently and they took the time to make sure that everything was done to standard and even identified/corrected some issues that the previous home owners had not fixed. Thank you Tim, Wendy, Blake, Austin, Austin#2, and everyone else whos names I cannot remember. You all are top tier performers in your field and you are an example for other HVAC companies to aspire to be like. Thank you for everything.

So thankful for Hardin Heating & Air! Rob was able to come out the day we called! He diagnosed the problem quickly. They had the part in stock and he put it on in record time. I appreciate that my AC is fixed, but I also appreciate the great communication and speedy resolution! You guys are the best!

In the last 12 months, our home was renovated—and then sadly—we experienced a massive flood. So, needless to say, we have had a lot of experience with all sorts of vendors... some good, some great, some terrible. Hardin is AMAZING... Their entire staff is so professional and knowledgeable... do incredible work... the owner, Tim, is hands on. So accessible and customer-service oriented. Very nice and shoots you straight. I called for a duct cleaning and the gentleman that came was on time and explained everything thoroughly. He checked my ducts and blowers and aside from some overspray, they were in good shape and didn't need cleaning. He told me just keep cleaning and replacing my filters regularly and I would be fine. I appreciate honesty and his integrity. Good people and I would use them again.

Hardin Heating& Air is a great company. We have been using them for years. Last week Blake, Eli, and CJ cleaned all of our vents and systems. They did a wonderful job. The before and after pictures really tell the story of how dirty our vents were, what a difference! They also cleaned all the dust and dirt off the floors and carpet before they left. This is a company you can trust.

If it were me…….I would call someone else.
The technician arrived when he said he would, but charged us $324 to install a capacitor (they cost $20)!!
He was done with replacing the capacitor in 10 minutes.
Just felt taken advantage of and grossly over-priced.
BEWARE!

Highly recommend Hardin hvac. They responded quickly and got my AC running in 100+ degree weather. Called at 5pm and Tim got me scheduled 1st thing the next morning. Austin fixed my AC and was very kind and knowledgeable. Very grateful for their quick and exceptional service.

CJ came out and fixed our a/c unit in a few hours. He was professional and helpful. The best part was that another company came the day before and tried to charge me for a new compressor (5000) or to finance a new unit.
Hardin was honest and fixed for a fraction of the price. I’ll never use anyone else.

Hardin Heating and Air Terrible service. They send out incompetent service people who can't find or fix the problem. They claimed to have fixed the problem for it to show up again. Our ceiling from the 2nd floor is going to cave in, and somehow, they aren't responsible for the continuation of the original leak never being fixed. The owner Tim Hardin calls and is very hostile and saying we accused them of cracking the pan and we want them to do everything for free. We never accused them of anything and asked for them to be fair, not free. But since he's denying something, we never said sounds like they did crack the pan. Mr. Hardin was mad we had another company install the ac several years back when they were booked up for over 2 weeks in 100 degree weather. They are blaming another company that hasn't been out in over a year. The ac was installed in 2017 and had no problems til Hardin came out for standard service call in January. Even though they have been out 4 times to our house for a lot of money and fixed nothing. Unbelievable. Wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy. No idea why this local business has changed 180 degrees from prior experiences, but not honorable in anyway.

Well I noticed my AC wasn’t cooling so I called the professionals down at Hardin Heating and Air. They informed me that they would have someone respond between 5-7 pm. 5 minutes later they called me to say someone was currently en route to my home. 😃
The issue was diagnosed as a Freon leak, and the service tech (who was a very polite and knowledgeable person) had my house cooling within minutes!
The service tech explained the issue and stated that the part (schrader valve on the slab coil) was the main culprit. He also explained that not only was it still under warranty, but so was the labor. So that saved me some serious $$$.
I’m very grateful for their quick response, professional demeanor, and great customer service.

Hardin Heating and Air proved their trust and honesty when they helped a friend of mine who was in a terrible situation and needed some help. I would recommend them to anyone and know they are honest and just good people. I needed help today and they came quickly. The service man who came to help knew what he was doing and did it very well I don't often recommend companies, but I do this one. Thanks you all for your quick needed help and good pricing.

We had an a/c failure at the end of a very hot day, and having been recommended by several of our neighbors, we called Hardin Heating and Air. I assumed it was after normal business hours and we'd have to wait until the next day to speak to someone, but to my surprise, Wendy answered. She was super nice and very empathetic, and even though they were jammed with service calls the next day, she said she'd get someone there in the morning, one way or another. And she did! Rob came out and diagnosed the problem quickly, fixed it, and we had cool air again. Rob was first rate - very knowledgeable and very professional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys. We'll definitely be using them from now on.

We are SO THANKFUL for Hardin Heating & Air! Our capacitor went out last night on a 2 year-old unit, which was hard to comprehend. Our technician was so helpful. He gave us so much helpful information on how to re-direct the air distribution through our home and showed my husband the valves in the attic to use! This goes way beyond amazing customer service in my opinion! I called this morning and our tech was here almost 2 hours earlier than expected. These folks will have my business for years to come!

I cannot say enough good things about Hardin and the service they provided. Our heat pump was not functioning as it should. They got us in quickly. Diagnosed the problem with care and gave us an estimate for the repair. It was going to be a couple thousand to repair. They called us back the next day and reported that they had discovered we had a manufacturers warranty on this part and the cost of repair was significantly less because all we needed to pay was labor!!!! Blake showed up on time, performed the repairs quickly, efficiently and did a great job!!!! All while saving us a ton of money!!!! Do not hesitate to call Hardin. They are incredibly honest, very reliable and cost effective!!!
