A big shoutout to Blake, Rob and Rodney with Hardin Heating & Air! My husband called them yesterday, February 19th, with concerns about our heater. He spoke to Blake who was very helpful and informative. This was when it was 14 degrees. We ended up getting a new thermostat installed the same day. Today, February 20th, we had a slight glitch to a setting and Blake and Rob came out and got us all fixed up. Great customer service! My husband and I highly recommend them for your AC/Heating needs.

We have used Harding Heating & Air at my office for several years. In June my air conditioner of 26 years at home quit on a Wednesday night. Blake was out the next day to assess the issues which unfortunately resulted in a whole new unit. Their crew did a top notch job getting equipment ordered and had us up and running within a few days. This group is very professional and know what they are doing. I highly recommend them for your HVAC needs.

Thursday 02-05-2026 was the scheduled date for the preventative maintenance service call. The Service Technician called on that date and advised us that he was enroute to our home and arrived before his designated time of arrival.

The Service Technician was extremely courteous and knowledgeable, and gave no evidence of being in a rush whatsoever during the preventative maintenance service call, taking time to address our questions as well as following his established method of checking all components of our system. Immediately upon arrival he began discussing our system problems and what he would be checking to isolate the cause of the problem. He however made a point of checking all the components of the system to verify that all components were functioning properly. He found no evidence of any problem and assured us that the previous bout of extremely cold temperatures may have given us the conception that a problem existed but, was not evident with complete system check which he performed and deemed the entire system to be A Okay.

He assured us that the system was in complete functioning status. With no apparent issues in as much as he totally checked both the heating and cooling functions of the system.

I highly recommend Hardin Heating and Air as the top choice for AC service. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and outstanding customer service truly set them apart. They make the whole process stress free and ensure the job is done right. And Terry my service technician was the best and spoke to me so I could understand and very respectful! Call Hardin Heating and AC you will not be disappointed!

This is not our first experience using Hardin and I am more impressed every single time they come out. They were able to come out earlier than I scheduled (which was during an emergency hour) and it saved me money. They assessed the issue really fast, replaced the part and were out the door in under an hour. So nice and very trust worthy.

I cannot say enough to praise Ed, the technician that came today to do a tube-up on my HVAC system! He was kind, professional, and patiently answered all my questions, and thoroughly explained everything that was done, and will need to be done in the future. I really felt that he was such a friendly interface between me, a single, elderly lady, and the mechanics of the unit. Your company is so blessed to have him representing you, I recommend him especially for all of us that are tired of being treated as “dumb” just because we have grey hair !!
