Austin did a great job looking our HVAC system over. He provided detailed pictures of what he was seeing, and all issues with our unit. I felt confident in his services thanks to how he explained everything in a way that even a non-professional can understand. I wish we would have had him out before we bought our house. I highly recommend him, and even more so before you sign on a home, including new homes since units are often times not properly installed.

I had a great experience with Heritage Air Services. I called this morning because of issues with my system and they fit me in within an hour and a half. I worked with Brandon and his team today and they were phenomenal. I'm not just being nice. They really went above and beyond to fix our issue and ensure I was satisfied. He discussed everything with me and was upfront and honest about the costs and what they covered. I highly recommend them to anyone having issues with your AC system. You'll be in good hands with Brandon and Heritage Air Services.

Heritage air did a fantastic job with the installation of my new system! The install was done very clean and professional. Mark, was great to work with. He came out and looked over everything and talked about the options I had. He took the time to listen and answer all my questions. He made sure I was comfortable with everything down to the smallest detail. I had several estimates from other companies but, Heritage air had the best overall package for what they included in the install and price!

From initial quote to install, our experience was top notch. We were seeking an upgraded variable multi-zone unit to replace our aging nearly 20 year old unit. I had all kinds of quotes with the high pressure sales guys who kept calling the office “to get me the best deal”…it was so tiring. When Mark came in with a no nonsense quote of “here is what you need and here is what I can do it for”, it was a breath of fresh air. He took his time, crawled through the attic, and went over multiple options that would work for our home. Prices are very competitive and I am confident that Heritage Air Services will be there for the long haul as our “go to” HVAC company. The install technicians were very professional, cleaned up after themselves, and showed me how to work the new thermostats along with the mobile app. The techs reworked all of ductwork in my attic to accommodate the new setup and distribution boxes. It looks super clean. We love the setup and these side discharge units are super energy efficient.

The team at Heritage Air were quick to respond especially when our units went out during the freeze. They were informative and reasonable in cost! Somehow my original review came through as a 4 star but it should have been 5! If we could give higher I definitely would!

We were having heating issues on the coldest day of the year. The technician came out on a Sunday and was able to get the system up and running, enough to warm the house. The emergency heat is still not working and will require a second visit, when manufacturer tech support is available. I'm thankful to have at least partial heat until the permanent fix can be accomplished.

I’d like to let anyone know who is looking for a good , reliable and honest HVAC company to help them Heritage Air Services in Ellis county was the most professional company that I had ever used. They exceeded my expectations I wasn’t even charged an estimate fee. The technician they sent out Steven Stein was very professional, courteous, and understood my financial situation and worked with me to make sure I was able to get the repairs I needed and They made sure me and my two grandchildren didn’t have to suffer in the cold. They offer financing if needed and even give a senior discount. The unit is working perfect we are so warm and blessed to have found Heritage Air Services.

I highly recommend Heritage Air Services. The lady who answered the phone was so nice and courteous. I called today and they had Austin out within a couple of hours, on a Sunday with all this icy bad weather. I smelled a burning plastic smell coming out of the vents. He looked over my whole unit ensuring me it was safe to use. He explained some issues I was having and went over everything thoroughly with me. He explained everything very well and was very kind and patient with my questions. They didn't even charge for the service call. This company has remarkable customer service. Thanks for helping me have peace of mind during this winter storm.

Had great service with Heritage Air. They were able to come out quickly. I had a list of things that needed to be completed for the sale of a home. They were detailed oriented and completed the items on the list while explaining everything to me. Austin Lewis was my technician and he was great as was Tammy in the call center!

Austin was amazing! truthful honest dependable and patient he was what you call Great Customer Service in every sense of the word! He stayed until the work was completed and running great! The Company in itself is truly AMAZING!!! I would recommend them to every person in every city and community!!!

I had a service technician come out twice in the past two weeks (March 2026). Austin was nice enough to be able to help me change my filters and inspect my system. However, the prices were eye-popping.

The Cost of the tune up ($125 / unit) was the highest of any Company I called.

Price per pound for refrigerant ($105 / LB) was competitive

Recommended fixes were significantly higher in cost per fix and total fixes recommended than the other places I called by an order of thousands of dollars.

They replaced our entire HVAC system. Mark did a great job of presenting us options. We went from a three stage system to a two stage system. Mark Woodcock was professional and very prompt on all responses. We had 5 companies come out, and he was by far the best on all aspects. They used American Standard equipment, and it is rated top quality by my retired brother- in-law, who did commercial in Houston. I had to have documentation to turn into Hilco, and Mark was right on point with everything. I would highly recommend them and Mark Woodcock.

I called to get some information about my AC and to learn more about the company because I will be moving to Texas soon. Tammy answered my call and she was the most inviting/warm and knowledgeable person to talk to. She was so kind and made me feel at ease with my questions. If the rest of the employees are anything like Tammy, Id recommend this company to anyone. I found a new company today for my personal use and hope you decide to use them too. Ive also heard great things about their technicians.

I got several quotes for a new system, and Heritage Air was the most competitive, transparent, and helpful by far. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made the process very easy. I was so impressed that I actually cancelled another quote I had scheduled the next day because I was already sold. Mark is great and responded very quickly to any questions we had through the entire process.

The timeline from quote to installation was very fast, financing was quick and simple, and the installers (Enrique and team) were very efficient and professional. We are so happy with how everything looks and our home is cool again!
