I wanted to have a technician come look at my AC unit for some issues I was having. I called to make an appt and they had someone at my house in less than 2 hours. They diagnosed my issue and gave me a quote and didn’t even charge me for the diagnostic! Great customer service and very helpful. Will certainly use them for future needs!

Wow! These guys went above and beyond my expectations! Contacted them on a Wednesday night, had them out on Thursday afternoon! Steven was phenomenal! He provided so much information and explained what is going on with our AC to where we understood everything! He followed up with his supervisor Mark, who wanted to come take a look just to see what steps would be best for us! Mark came Friday morning!
Mark was amazing! He made me feel confident with what needed to be done and was so fun to talk to! He was able to get us in for our full replacement and cleaning the following Monday if we wanted to go that soon!
We scheduled for the following Thursday and I am extremely excited to be working with these guys! 10 out of 10 recommend!

I had a new thermostat installed and was unsure of the operation of it.
The technician came out, checked through the whole system, and programmed the thermostat for me and it was just part of the call! No charge! What a great service… Very helpful, knowledgeable and I will certainly call them anytime I have a repair or question!

My heating system stopped working during the January 2026 Ice Storm. It was terrifying to think what would happen if I did not receive help. I called the folks that installed
My unit and have not heard from them as yet. Then I called a company and was told that I was outside their service area but they gave me the name and number for Heritage. I also called a friends HVAC person but they were out of town; but when they asked if I had found someone they said Heritage was a good company and would take care of me. They did not lie to me, it’s the truth.

Austin showed up, diagnosed the problem and charged me a reasonable price. Take my advice—this company is 100⭐️. They are friendly, they listen and I would use them again.

The techmician explained everything on his inital visit. He returned on Friday as planned. He did a great job including going back and forth in the attic to make adjustments for correct airflow. Austin was outstanding!

Heritage Air was recommended to us by a Midlothian resident to analyze a situation involving the AC unit in a house we were purchasing. The inside and outside units were mismatched in size causing all sorts of problems including sizable air leaking in the attic. They looked at the units and recommended multiple options. I was impressed by how quickly they were able to come out (we are in our option period so timing is important), and how knowledgeable their people are. I’m looking forward to getting the problem fixed and moving into a new house!

Top notch company! From the detailed explanation of all the complexities of the system, to amazing install crew, I highly recommend! I work facility engineering for a healthcare facility and deal with HVAC contractors daily, so believe me when I say Heritage Air Services is top tier!

Heritage air services is the absolute best company I have had the pleasure of doing business with! We were in the market for a replacement on our hvac unit. Stephan promptly came out and provided us with different options, and did not try to upsell us unnecessary components. We did not feel pressured to buy anything. Not only did he explain what our problems were, but by the time he left I had a full understanding of how my system works and what needed to be done! Jose and his crew came out and installed everything in UNDER 4 hours!!! During this time Stephen called just to check in (which we really appreciated) he sensed I was stressed about the airflow reaching some of the farther bedrooms. He scheduled Tim to come and double check everything the same afternoon. Tim came out and replaced some of our original ductwork and solved ALL our problems! I genuinely wish I could hire this company for all our projects!!

Amazingly fast and exceptional service to boot!!! Called at 8:45 am, tech arrived at 10 am and heat back working at 11 am, all for a very reasonable price. Will definitely add Heritage to my “must remember” list of home maintenance contacts.

Responded to my repair call same day. Offered several options for the repair at different price points and allowed me to choose the option that worked for me. The technician was great, not pushy on either option and was happy with whatever I chose. Definitely recommend Heritage!
