Abel was very professional and thorough. He reviewed in detail all he had checked on my Coomes system.
He explained the benefits of having the air ducts cleaned and took pictures and video of the inside to show the condition they were in. He was polite and courteous.

Coomes Air installed the AC unit (inside and outside) at my property 13 years ago and has properly maintained the servicing of the unit. There has been minimal repairs with fair pricing. The service technicians are professional and knowledgeable and have good customer service when dealing with its customers. The technician Josh is patient and takes time to ensure the customer understands the scope of the work required to be performed.

Gabe was very friendly, outgoing personality, and knew the answers to my questions. Coomes Air is blessed to hire him before someone else did.
I pay Coomes Air, reasonably priced, for checkup maintenance winter and spring to send a tech out to change my filter and check the outside unit. Coomes Air reminds me of the old days when companies really cared about its customers.

Esteban did a great job of replacing our 20 y/o condenser with a new unit . Very polite and professional.

We couldn’t be happier with our new AC and heating units. Coomes was exceptionally respectful of our home during installation and our home has never felt more comfortable. Their customer service has been excellent. Calls are returned usually within an hour and they come out twice a year to replace high-efficiency filters and service our new units. Have never had a single complaint.

The employees from Coomes Eddie and Esteban were outstanding. They worked tirelessly in my hot attic installing a new heater system in my home. They were very knowledgeable about the job they were doing. They both had outstanding personalities and were very much people persons. I would highly recommend them. They did a great job. Never had any bad experience with anyone from the front desk (Rachel) to anyone sent out to service or repair. The previous was for 08/2023 But nothing change was a treat to have him again today. As usual answered all our questions and super friendly. Was like having family over.

Outstanding experience, once again. Neighbors had been getting the run-around from their insurance and their subcontractors. Coomes was so affordable and responsive that it allowed my neighbors to circumvent that process entirely! 10/10… our family and our neighbors don’t even bother calling anyone else. Jeff Lorenz was our follow up Tech to make sure everything was running properly after a new installation. He was very thourough. I tell you Coomes goes above and beyond with their service. Can't ask for better service.

Coomes is an old-fashioned community minded business. I am on their maintenance plan and they service my unit twice a year with filters and a report. Today they sent Abel a young man who is professional, knowledgeable, decent, dedicated and impressive. He has a bright future with a great company. Gabe and Ralph were punctual, honest and very knowledgeable. They were very professional.
They gave us clear explanations of what the problem with our ac system and best way to fix them. They gave us options taking into consideration of what our long term goal is. Pricing is very fair.

Coomes sent a repairman to do my yearly checkup on Wednesday The repairman was so nice and checked everything. I was very pleased. He also was able to remove the hose that was stuck on the faucet that I had never been able to remove myself. I am very grateful that he did that for me. Eddie did a great job. Thank you Coomes Air.

Abel with Coomes Air was a great pleasure to deal with. With my heat pump shut down and temps shooting into the mid 90s I was a bit concerned. He was very professional and personable. He explained what he was doing and why he was doing it. He sympathized with my current and past issues that kept occurring. He diagnosed a persistent problem that multiple other techs could not. Coomes has been an easy company to work with and Abel was great.

Service tech Jonathan arrived and asked a few questions about my air conditioner issues and got to work quickly solving the problem. He gave service with a smile and before he left I was feeling a lot cooler. I really appreciated him asking if it was ok to park in the driveway and enter and exit the home as he needed, no service person has ever asked me that.

Abel discussed the health of the system and gave me recommendations and pricing for said recommendations. My entire experience with this company has been positive.
