I called Coomes based on a referral from my sister who has been a customer for many years and has been very pleased with their service as well as fair and reasonable rates. Abel arrived on time and was very friendly, courteous, and respectful. after examining my 15-year old A/C unit, he provided a repair cost estimate along with replacement cost for comparison. He explained what was needed for repair and provided pictures. Given the age of the unit, I decided the best option was to purchase a new unit. He explained the benefits without being pushy. Coomes is a great family owned company and they are lucky to have an employee like Abel as part of their team.

Brian came out and gave me a quote on replacing our destroyed HVAC system. He took his time collecting all the information he needed to provide an accurate quote. He was professional and honest. He presented me with options and never pressured me.
We weighed several scenarios before finally deciding to use Coomes and I'm so glad we went with them.
The day they showed up Eddie and Esteban greeted me and began explaining what they were going to do, they were extremely professional and very knowledgeable so it really put me at ease with our decision. They began to work and let's just say we did not present them with an easy task. The unit inside has a small area it has to fit into so that was their 1st problem and they had to build a new slab for the outside unit as well. Well, they took on these task like the true champions they are and let me tell you they did an amazing job.
The area where the inside unit sits is a small closet in the hall. Well Eddie tried 2 different case fitting's and nothing was working, it was still not going to let our door shut, so Brian came and got involved and between the 2 of them they figured out a solution. They all 3 worked on it tirelessly until Brian had to leave then Eddie and Esteban made sure it was completed. They are truly an amazing crew. I would use them 10 times over without a doubt. I would like to mention the crew that cleaned our vents as well. Another great group. If using Coomes you will not be disappointed!!

We had a great experience with Abel doing our regular maintenance inspection for spring. He was knowledgeable and let us know the concerns.We had been crossing our fingers for the last year holding off on unit replacement but finally had to get a new unit. The crew came out the next day consisting of Cole, Mark, Tomas, and Atah from Willard, working in conjunction with Coomes. They did an outstanding job. Kept everything clean, tidied up after themselves, were incredibly polite and knowledgeable about their equipment and their jobs. We haven’t had a nicer group of technicians and installers except for these gentlemen from Coomes and Willard working together. They checked everything to ensure it worked properly, and instructed us in how to change out the new filter, operate the new thermostat, etc. Sorry this is long, but they did an impressive job. More companies could learn from their outstanding service.

Coomes was recommended to me by a neighbor for their quality service, knowledgeable techs, and fair pricing—and they definitely lived up to the recommendation. I was really happy with the service I received at my home. My AC was fixed the same day, and the technician (Eduardo M.) provided 5-star service from start to finish. Great experience overall.

Called these guys out to diagnose our ac after looking g at for all of 5min. They immediately said we needed to replace the entire system for like $20,000 and didn't even want to look at other options. I then call JLI Hvac mechanical services and they fixed it immediately apparently our motor need a little work done was all it only costed $300. Im really happy I got a second opinion before I went into debt for $20,000. This is a very crooked way to do business and this isn't the first time a big hvac company has tried to screw me over. Alway get a second opinion this company will try to talk you out of speaking to anyone but them.

Eddie came out and serviced my unit and was professional and very thorough. Eddie explained every bullet point he checked and its range and what it means. Very knowledgeable. I’ve used Coomes now for at least 12 years and they’ve been the best. They keep my system up and running and they are pretty quick on getting service calls scheduled if not that day, the next day. No one else services my system but Coomes. Everyone is friendly, professional and shows great integrity when on my property.

I decided on a package and six days later, the technicians, Jeff and Aziz, showed up and completed the job. The technicians were equally as professional and honest. They were meticulous with the installation and incredibly patient teaching my 86 year old father how to program the thermostat.
Coomes wasn’t the cheapest quote I got but their professional standard and commitment to customer service was priceless. I paid exactly what was quoted! There were no hidden fees or up charges!

They arrived early and were very efficient in diagnosing the problem with my Trane HVAC heat pump system. Kiddos to their service tech who was very professional, friendly, and explained the issues in detail.

Apparently instead of using glue to insure the insulation on my heater door by the motor was done correctly, They used tape! So the suction of the motor caused the motor to go out. So on THIS trip, the Steven was a very professional guy and said he was going to fix the insulation correctly and make sure the motor and heater is set correctly so it doesn't overpower the system. Something Apparently the last guy didn't do.

Got a system from these guys, good install and price. Not the lowest but in the ballpark and service was fast, installed next day. Mark was our guy we dealt with. We had one issue with error on controller pop up tech came out quick got it resolved. They did a Trane unit we like those.

Such a great company. They truly care about their customers. They were extremely reliable, trustworthy and knowledgeable. They made sure my family had AC and even came on a Saturday morning to ensure we didn’t go without AC all weekend!! So so incredibly grateful for them!!!

We have been using Heritage air now for a few years. They initially replaced our old unit put in in 2008. Their customer service is beyond any that we have ever experienced, one time there was an issue with the unit and they worked past business hours to ensure the unit was up and running. With no additional overhead on cost. We have them come out by annually to service the new unit. We highly recommend them.

My experience with Heritage was great! I contacted them on a holiday, and they were able to respond to me that day and schedule a next day appointment. Communication was clear and the tech arrived early. He was able to diagnose the problem and explain what was going on, was up front with the cost, and quickly took care of the problem. I would definitely use Heritage again in the future!
