Coomes has provided the service for our air conditioning and heating for many years. I have no intention of using anyone else. Eddie came out today when our A/C was not cooling. He was able to quickly assess our issue and thankfully repaired it during his visit. I felt very good about his knowledge and his service as I do for every technician that Coomes has sent to our house. Thank you, Eddie, and thank you, Coomes!

Coomes saves the day again. They are always so courtesy and quick to come out for your service needs. Abel came out and was very knowledgeable. He was able to isolate the problem within minutes and apply a corrective solution. Mr. Mansheim walk me through his whole process and made recommedations based on my needs or level of repair. His professionalism, communication, and attention to detail was spot on. Coomes is my go to for any Air or Heating needs. Thank you for always taking care of the Cortes family and always providing an exceptional experience.

Called to see if they would clean out my dryer vent & they said yes, got an appt for the next morning. Technician called 45 minutes minutes before the morning window was going expire & said they don’t do just the dryer vent & that if I wanted a whole house that’s what they could do. Basically, they lied & wasted my morning. Maybe they can pay me back for the time I took off work to be here for them. Ugh. Do not recommend.

They installed a new unit today, showed up at 7:30am ready to work and did great job. Honest and trustworthy experience from start to finish. I will call them everytime. Thank you again Abel and rest of the team, this wasn't an easy journey until to found Coomes!

I've been using this company for years without a single complaint. They're always on time, always courteous. They will recommend upgrades or improvements, but never a pushy upsell. They gave me a good price on a recent two-unit completely new system, and even credited me back for work done this year on the old system! I would definitely recommend this company.

Big guns "Gabe" came to service our AC/HVAC unit today. Gabe is not only a personable man but a knowledgeable one too as he looked over our unit (which is approximately 9 years old) and needs attention. Abel is very kind and professional! He explains everything so that I understand and seems genuinely happy to help me with my unit:) He is respectful of my home and of my time. This is the second time he has been to my home and I can’t imagine a better technician!

Abel from Coomes Air came out to check on my A/C units that didn’t seem to be running quite at optimal. He was prompt, professional and very thorough. He diagnosed some issues with one of the units and made a minor adjustment and got the unit running. He walked me through his process and demonstrated the system readouts and that all parameters were running better than specs.
I would highly recommend having Coomes Air inspected your A/C and to get it back up and running.

Abel has been our service tech the last few times and he is always very courteous and efficient when servicing our equipment. We just had him install surge protectors and soft start-up equipment and he was able to get it done on the same day with very little interruption to my day. I've used Coomes for our HVAC service for many years and I've always been happy with their service and consistency.

I had my outdoor unit replaced after a thorough explanation as to why, due to government regulations, it was really in my best interest to replace now rather than waiting. I never felt pressured, and in fact called and asked for a supervisor to explain to me as well, which was honored. They arrived on time and replaced the system quickly and efficiently and cleaned up after themselves! On the install check-up they provided after a couple of weeks to make sure everything was running correctly, the supervisor again came on time, worked efficiently and left no mess. But what ultra impressed me was to do that check, the tech had to go in and out of my porch sliding glass door. It’s an older door and sticks and can be a real bear to open. What I found out later in the day when I let my dog out was that the tech had fixed the door! He never said anything, never complained about it, never brought it to my attention-he just fixed it.That, to me, was the height of professionalism and customer service.
These folks are on the Good Contractors List-and very much belong there.

Our experience with Coomes was stellar from start to finish! I submitted a service request online on Monday evening and received a call back at 730a Tuesday morning to send someone out same day. I spoke to Rachel who was very helpful and friendly. Josh came out to inspect the system and he did an amazing job. The news was bad, but he explained the problem in a very detailed manner and showed me pictures and videos of the multiple issues. He provided several solutions from short term to long term and had someone come out immediately to install a window unit until the system could be repaired. The next day, Esteban and Daniel came out to install the new parts. They were very professional, respectful, and detailed in their work. We highly recommend this locally owned family business!

Good Reliable Service
Gabe was an excellent technician. He was efficient and didn't try to sell me a bunch of stuff. He went over the service he performed, updated me on the condition of my unit, and made suggestions of what I can do to prolong the life of my unit. In addition, he was respectful, friendly and funny. Gabe went the extra mile to provide quality service. I will definitely use Coomes Air in the future.

My AC went out on the last day in July, probably the absolute worst day for that to happen. I only knew about Coomes through Josh, who bought a retro couch from me through facebook markeplace. He seemed like a chill guy, and let me know if I ever need HVAC repair to call Coomes, As fate would have it, 6 months later my AC broke.
The speed of service was awesome, Matt showed up the same day, inspected and covered all my options and what the pros and cons were for everything.
They came to install the very next morning first thing.
Abija and Henry did some amazing work. The quality of craftsmanship and attention to detail was definitely their priority.
I applaud everyone's work, and professional demeanor. I know this is a hard job, especially in a hot attic. It was 103 on the day of installation and I'm very grateful that in spite of that they took the time to install everything the way it should be.

Chris explained everything that he was doing thoroughly. He communicated with the last guy that worked on my AC and did not try to charge me for anything that was not needed. Highly recommend!

I've been very pleased with the service provided by Coomes Air Conditioning & Heating. Abel came out to conduct a 'Spring check-up' for my HVAC system and he was professional, courteous and incredibly prompt! He's very easy to talk to and very patient. There were no problems with my unit but he did offer some important recommendations (like a kill switch) that would ensure no future AC disruptions and potential damage to my home. I agreed with his assessment since I had that horrible situation happen in my last home. So, I will be contacting Coomes again in the very near future.

Abel was out today to do a spring checkup on my air conditioner. He was efficient and so nice to work with. He explained what he did and was very quick. I’ve used Coomes for over 40 years and my parents used them for years before that. They come out twice a year for a spring and a fall checkup on the system. I’ve never known them to be other than responsive and professional.

When the A/C breaks on the hottest day of the year, Coomes does not even bat an eye. A technician was out to inspect within hours, and we had a completely new HVAC system by the NEXT DAY. The install was extraordinarily professional with American parts & equipment, worry-free warranty plus scheduled maintenance. This is the right place to call when something breaks.
