I have used them three times and had three good experiences including once being not charged because there was a simple solution to the problem that Jason simply pointed out to me. Good people that you will feel good about using!

They were running late so they did something most never do THEY CALLED ME AND LET ME KNOW. Then when they were on their way THEY LET ME KNOW. Came in very professional, addressed every issue, polite, courteous ALL AT A VERY FAIR PRICE! I'll definitely be using them for all my needs. I have 4 restaurants you bet they'll have that business too!

THANKS MIDLOTHIAN PLUMBING! We had a major water line leak on Labor Day weekend and the guys showed up when promised, dug out a ton of dirt to locate the problem, then fixed it! We could not have been happier. Seriously great service , and on a 3 day holiday weekend to boot! You guys are the only plumber in our Rolodex now!

Midlothian Plumbing is our go to when we have any plumbing issues or work that needs to be done. They are professional, affordable, timely, honest and super friendly! They are a trustworthy company.

Midlothian Plumbing was contacted to re-install and lower shower valve cartridges in two bathrooms for a property that was listed for sale. They were also hired to adjust and secure the shower heads with proper fittings. This was required to correct plumbing previously installed incorrectly by an unlicensed plumber ( unknowingly). An appointment was scheduled for October 31, 2018 to obtain an estimate for the work to be completed. The estimate provided was $320. The re-installation was scheduled for Tuesday, November 6, 2018. The work was completed and the cost was actually $395 which included an additional  "plumber" that was actually an Apprentice for $93.75. This amount was not included in the initial estimate. During the reinstallation process, the new existing sheet rock was removed to complete the repair.  The newly installed Shower Trim Kit was also removed.  The Journeyman (Dustin) stated he would not re-install,  but that I could call them back out to re-install once the tile work was completed. No additional work was completed on the property November 2018 and December 2018 due to the holidays. On February 20, 2019 a  new contractor was scheduled to begin the tile work. It was determined that Midlothian plumbing installed the hall bath shower valve cartridge incorrectly. It was protruding too far out on the right side of the sheetrock and there were also screws and parts missing from the new Kohler Shower Trim Kit ($169) that was removed by Midlothian's Journeyman. I contacted Midlothian Plumbing and spoke to the owner's son who stated the earliest appointment would be Friday,  February 22, 2019 1:00 p.m. ( 2 days). However,  Midlothian Plumbing did not show for the scheduled appointment and did not call to reschedule the appointment which placed the tile contractor behind schedule. I contacted Midlothian Plumbing February 25, 2019 and spoke to Tommy the owner. He stated it appeared I was on the schedule for February 22, 2019, but that it was erased and he did not know why.  In addition, he did not offer an apology for the inconvenience. I then explained that a shower valve was re-installed incorrectly and that the new contractor had to reopen the newly re-installed sheetrock to make an adjustment to the valve for a fee of $70.00. Tommy stated that Midlothian's work had been completed correctly (although they never returned to the property to re-inspect their labor) and that I had another plumber on the property that did something wrong to the shower valve. The owner of Midlothian Plumbing basically called me a liar regarding THEIR re-installation work. He also stated that Midlothian Plumbing did not re-install  shower valve cartridges and that they only made adjustments to the shower heads by securing them with a 2x4. I explained to Tommy as indicated on the invoice,  Midlothian Plumbing re-installed shower valve cartridges ( two baths) with THEIR parts in the amount of $109.00 and it was re-installed incorrectly. I advised this information was clearly stated on the paid invoice and that I also had photos of the re-installation process. I requested a partial refund for half of the labor ($140.63) that was performed at the property. Tommy -the owner became very dismissive, condescending, disrespectful and rude. He stated Midlothian Plumbing only has a one-year labor guarantee for parts that they install and that I supplied my own Shower Valve Kit. I advised that he did use new parts to reinstall the trim kit provided and my issue was the installation process not the parts. He refused to issue a partial refund and hung up the phone.

The lack of consideration and professionalism shown by Midlothian Plumbing was surprising considering a week prior they installed a hot water heater and expansion tank ($1700) at my personal property. Their customer service was specifically why I hired them for an additional project.

Midlothian Plumbing lacks integrity and will not honor the labor that is performed on your property.  The consumer' a concerns are dismissed and the consumer is treated like a dollar bill.

The service people were incredibly helpful and did excellent work. I had some issues that required a knowledgable plumber, and they got the job done. I would recommend Midlothian Plumbing to anyone who needs plumbing repairs.

Highly recommend. They did every single thing they said they would do. He fixed our problem. They were speedy, professional and competitive. As a woman, I love he was fair and came in at budget. I'll always call this company. I just really feel like I was treated fairly.

Needed my first annual service on our Rheem tankless water heater. Called a number of plumbing businesses in south Arlington and Mansfield. Decided to call Midlothian Plumbing based on their reviews to see if they serviced south Arlington. Am I glad I did! They beat everybody's prices by a LOT ! Arrived exactly on time and serviced it in less than an hour, explaining everything they did and answering other questions I had in general. Dustin and Cole were courteous, professional, and friendly. It's also worth calling them to price your job just to listen to Angela answer the phone. What a great voice! This will be our plumbing service for the rest of our lives.

Called to service my tankless hot water tank. After looking it over, found a leak and had to go get a new part. After replacing the valve, he gave me the bill in which I thought he was joking. He then said it was an automatic $200 charge just to look at the tankless unit. It would have been great to know that up front along with a estimate before replacing the part. $45 part to get charged over 500 is a bit crazy. Fun part, they double charged me, called and told me they did, but took me to call them a few weeks later to refund my money. Tried to use small company and local and got surprised for sure. Give 2 stars because it was fixed the same day.

I had to have a drip pan installed on my water heater. Called them this morning and they were here and completed the job by 3;30 this afternoon. Very professional and efficient. I would highly recommend Midlothian Plumbing to anyone. Great job done, clean and efficient. I couldn’t ask for more!

After trying to use another company through my home warranty, I asked my local Facebook community group for recommendations. Midlothian Plumbing was the 1st suggestion. My appointment was set up promptly for the next day & instead of multiple trips to my house to give estimates & what not, these guys came & had everything to get the job done in 1 stop. They were QUICK & they not only replaced the whole waterheater & expansion tank, but they threw in a drip pan & brought the set up to code. Great price, honest & up front. My unit was 17 years old & on its last leg. I'm so glad I found this company. I'll definitely be calling them again for plumbing jobs.
