The crew needs to iron out some wrinkles with more attention to detail and locking the door behind them. The house is always clean but I worry about them forgetting the important stuff.

The initial trip was for a "deep clean" and after arriving 30 minutes late, several portions of the house were skipped. Then, I was charged more than we agreed to on the phone.

1. Blinds were only half-dusted.
2. Accordian doors in master bath were not cleaned.
3. Air conditioning vents on the ceiling are still dusty.
4. Tops of door frames were not dusted.
5. Top of armoire in the front room was not dusted.
6. Hard water spots on kitchen sink remain.
7. Several areas of grout in master bath still dirty - not mildew, but dirt.

This job might be acceptable for a "weekly" tidy, but definitely does not feel like a "deep clean." This was a gift for my wife, and she came home and we had to finish the job before we hosted guests. This job was a "good start" to a deep clean or a satisfactory weekly clean, but we are disappointed and frustrated.

They offered to come back to finish, and they were 1.5 hours late to that appointment. And during that trip, a blind was torn down out of its bracket and it scraped the wall and gouged the window frame. And now, as I am reviewing my bank statement, I realize they charged me two more charges the day after the initial overcharge. This company is a huge scam.

Kayla and Katie (Team #3) did an outstanding job. They pointed out areas that previous maids did not clean and then they cleaned them. They were very thorough. I called the office and told them that I will not accept any other maids to clean my home. If they are not assigned each visit, I will use another company. Merry Maids are fortunate to have Kayla and Katie on their staff.

The bathrooms were not cleaned properly. I can provide pictures of the way the glass and tile was cleaned. The tile floors are not cleaned well, dust and dirt in the corners of the floors. There is dust all over. They basically have to clean one bedroom thoroughly and vacuum, dust the other two. I am very dissatisfied!!
I would like an INTENSE cleaning tomorrow at no cost. We have had so many different teams each week, it’s terrible. I travel for my job and expect to come home to an immaculate house. The way I clean. I would expect to have someone come out and check their performance without them knowing. We have expressed our dissatisfaction many times and things do not improve!! We are ready to discontinue.
The best team was the team we had initially and then they quit!

They really did a great job with my place. I was so stressed out with work and then stressed bc I haven’t been able to clean. When the ladies came, they made me feel so comfortable and seriously did such a good job! They were so friendly as well! After they left, I cried a little bit bc I didn’t realize how much I needed their help. Thank you Merry Maids. You did wonders to my house.

Disappointed with Merry Maids of New Braunfels. We hired them to do a deep clean on our vacant home. The quoted price was $500 and we were assured that the cleaners would thoroughly clean every room. The cleaners were scheduled on a Friday (first mistake). I arrived later that afternoon to inspect the home. The front door was unlocked and the key was in door! The floors had been lightly mopped with evidence of streaks and existing stains in several areas. The vacuum work on the carpets looked erratic and lacked uniformity. I found small pieces of debris in every room. I'm a reasonable person and I wasn't expecting perfection, but this was sub-par at best. The crew emptied the mob buckets on the front porch! The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is due the management sending a crew back to try to remedy the job a couple days latter. Hopefully your hiring practices will improve and your employees will take ownership over the jobs they do.

I had asked for some deep cleaning of my grandsons room and bathroom specifically. They did work on these rooms. But when it came to the tile floors which were pretty bad, they just damp moped them with a “swifter-type” of “mop” leaving behind spots stuck to the floor (like gum, candy, and other foods hardened and stuck to the floor) and this is what I wanted cleaned. I called ahead to explain my problem so I don’t understand why it was not done. I am disappointed.

I was very pleased with the cleaning the Merry Maids did in my home. They were quick but thorough. Also I appreciate how Merry Maids notify me when they are on their way to my house.

They had to cancel the first day, due to a problem with their employees not showing up. And, rescheduled for the next day, with a, hope of, if Our employees will show up to work and not call in again. We can come do the move out job for you. I was willing to pay extra. So, if you need a guarantee of them showing up. Find another company. I cancelled for the next day, because I didn't want to take a chance, of another no show. As, they weren't really hopeful or confident. By their reply below they denied me trying to s schedule. No, I definitely called Merry Maids of New Braunfels, Texas. I beleive I know who I tried to hire!! If you want an Excellent Company call Diamond Divas!

The 2 girls who came out were very friendly. They only vacuumed my sons carpet, didn't dust his furniture, the refrigerator and microwave were not cleaned all the way and our laundry room wasn't touched at all, the kitchen floors were not mopped good, the mats were not mopped under. We are a brand new customer and want,will give them another opportunity. I just hope it goes better next appointment.

The house always looks tidy after the service. The laminate and tile floors are cleaned well, with no streaks or spots. The bathrooms and kitchen surfaces are clean and the house smells fresh.

The girls were friendly and polite. This was a move out clean, but we still had stuff there. They did a great job working around our stuff and everything was spotless! Great job!

Just had Deborah and Amanda come out for an initial deep clean on my home. They were wonderful! My house has never felt cleaner. They were so kind and were sweet to my dogs. I called the office to request these two wonderful ladies are always sent out to us :)

They had been scheduled for 10-1, but arrived at 2:30. Mineral deposits is part of S Texas, but they could not clear deposits in two areas. I cleared them myself in 3 minutes with Sanivac. The refrigerator was nicely cleaned, but the oven was not touched so I cleaned it myself.

I have only had Merry Maids to my home 1 time so far, but I was very pleased with them. I'm looking forward to their continuing good service.

Exciting to be able to come home and the apartment is nice and clean. ❤️ Can't say enough good things. We did have a re-schedule once after Christmas, but honestly, I was in no huge rush and the ladies always do a great job, so I didn't worry at all. Please give them a try, Amanda is usually my point of contact and she always listens. Only have to ask once for something and it's always done. Oh and bonus they were able to help me get a closet organized that I had put off for months and way way faster than what I could have done alone.

The ladies were great and Cathy (manager) is so responsive. We’ve been looking for years to find the right team, that’s reliable. Not only do they work with your schedule but they’re incredibly thorough. When we had confusion about progress, Cathy quickly addressed it and found a solution and Griselda and Maria quickly made the change. They are incredible ladies with a ton of experience.

Wanted to say that Beth was outstanding....great personality and all around great at her job. Also Cathy I believe was her name..great
