While getting multiple bids for my AC replacement I chose Guy’s after meeting with Chad, very trustworthy and professional and easy to talk to.
Recently I had the fellas from Guy’s AC out to the house to change my whole system. Dave and Oscar ran the team and were very professional and respectful of our home and were more than willing to answer any questions I had while they worked.

I am not sure how many homeowners look into their attic, gasp (the good kind!), and exclaim, “Stunning!!!” Mr. Turner and the best crews I have ever met went far above and beyond to remove every piece of my hurricane damaged HVAC system and quickly returned sweet, beautiful, clean, and pure air into our home. He was able to capture my wish list through too many tears and designed a system far better than I could have ever imagined. Everyone met me with incredible compassion, looked out for the grumpy kitty and made sure she didn’t escape, and left the interior of the home better than when they arrived so I only had to come back in and be able to rest. Thank you so very much, Mr. Turner and everyone. I am overwhelmed by what an amazing experience this has been. I am so grateful to be shivering under these shiny, new vents after 9 brutal months!!!!

Guy’s ac and heating is amazing! They came to my rescue when our ac went out. We needed a new unit and they were able to get installed and even provided us with a loaner window units for the few days it took to get us back and up running. Dwayne and Chad are amazing people and a credit to their trade.

We needed to replace our 4-ton unit after Guy's came and checked the unit. They provided a top-quality unit and were able to install in 2 days. The 2 installers Joel and Jason did a fantastic job, very polite and respectful. They cleaned up everything at the end. They made sure the new unit was cooling properly and answered any questions. The installation was very professional and nicely done. A job very well done!

I had my central heat replaced and the price was good and the service was exellent! The technicians-- Jason and Joel-- who did the installation were great! They were professional and answered all my questions and easily maneuvered my tiny chaotic attic, and cleaned up nicely when completed. Guy"s is awesome.

Hat's off to Rick and his crew! Had a complete replacement of my 2, 20 yr old 3-ton units/attic furnace blowers done on my home. The guys came in, removed the old units and replaced the entire system in about 8 hrs. There was an issue with my thermostat wiring and I thought we were going to have to rip our walls out on both thermostats. But Rick stepped in and upgraded us to two better thermostats that were newer and more compatible anyway that could use the existing wiring at n/c. Great job guys!

The installers were extremely nice, professional, and did an excellent job. They worked efficiently while keeping our home and attic area clean throughout the process.

Larry with Guy’s A/C was the epitome of customer service. He handled our needs immediately, and he was communicative throughout the entire process. Chad also was exceptional to work with, and he got us scheduled in a timely manner. Jason, who performed the installation, was on time and got the job done efficiently.

AC unit (old unit, compressor locked up)failed the week of Christmas. New AC unit needed, indoor and outdoor. Called 3 company’s, Guy’s had the best prices and they financed. I meet Chad (President) for the quote. Professional, honest. I received a quick quote and filling out the financing document on their website was easy. I set the appointment for the new install the day after Christmas. I met Chad, Brian (lead installer), and crew. Brian and his team did a great job. Very clean install. You can tell Brian takes a great deal of pride in what he does. He answered all my questions. Explained the install with great detail. I told Brian of some issues I had with not getting enough air flow to some of the rooms with the old unit. He modified a few things and he corrected the issue.

It was a pleasure doing busy with this company.

Guy’s HVAC just corrected a horrible installation of our previous HVAC in a 4 year old home. I brought in 3 different HVAC contractors to provide us 3 priced options to improve our system. Each option was more expensive. All 3 had their version of the best solution - non was consistent. After spending time with Chad (the owner) we felt the best and however, not the least expensive. The results are more than expected and very improved from the former system. Important to us in our decision. Chads trucks were logo’ed with the texas ID registration - 3rd generation- knowledgeable techs- cleanliness- and the attitude of we will continue to work to “get it perfect” as they could without ripping out walls. They did all that and more. This was a huge investment for a home that was just a few years old. If you got an issue and you want it fixed right reach out to Guy’s.
