Deluxe roofing is hands down your go to for roofing! I want to thank Bobby for making the process of getting our roof replaced, easy and painless. He stayed on top of the insurance company to make sure they handled the claim quickly and properly. The insurance adjuster had no idea what he was doing, and Bobby made sure to point out everything that he was missing on the initial inspection of our property. He was great in guiding us into what roof and gutter color combo to go with so much so some of my neighbors have copied us. I have dealt with a handful of roofers, and all I can say is Bobby @ Deluxe roofing is your go-to man! Thank you, Deluxe Roofing, for our new roof and fast service!

After the recent hail storm we contacted Bobby Binion with Deluxe Roofing and construction. Not only did our home have damage but my mother’s home also had damage. Bobby was wonderful to work with regarding the repairs on both homes! He was professional and friendly and made the entire process a breeze! They were able to do all the repairs from replacing shingles on the roofs on both homes, sheds, metal patio cover, gutters, and garage doors! It was easy working with one company for all repairs! Our realtor India Davis recommended Bobby and he has been wonderful to work with. He went out and did an evaluation of our roof and provided an honest assessment, he even did quick repairs while there. Then later connected a vent in our attic that was flagged on inspection. I can honestly say he will be our first and only choice for any roofing needs we ever need. I highly recommend him and will recommended them to our friends going forward.

He assisted me every step of the way. He came to my home and met with my insurance adjuster. Bobby kept me updated during every step of the process. Deluxe found additional water damage to the sheeting caused by improperly installed gutters. They documented and photographed everything. Bobby was great to work with. He first came over and found a leak in my roof and fixed it only after I tried with another roofing company with no luck. He fixed a gutter and a small section of my roof from a fallen tree onto the garage. The gutters came out really nice. Bobby from Deluxe helped us with our roof after the Memorial Day storm. Despite everyone in town needing work at the same time, he was able to get started quickly and finished most of the work same day. He helped us with a few other unrelated projects and all of the work was finished quickly with superior workmanship. There were some issues with insurance, but that's not on deluxe, the insurance company was just trying their hardest to hang on to every penny. In the end all claims were paid out and we ended up with upgraded gutters at a fantastic price. Bobby made the process easy and hands off, and was always willing to take time to explain issues and even helped us troubleshoot other problem areas that we had been having that were causing damage to the home. We've recommended Deluxe to anyone in the area looking to have roofing work done, and will continue to do so.

Dewey Fisher showed knowledge and professionalism. But most of all he made me feel like I was more than a customer. He made it personally like he really cared about what we were going through and he assured me his company was none for doing the job right the first time and standing by there work.
